We are the Leonidas Belgian Chocolates Official UK Retailer, since 2018. As a chocolate shop in Brighton, we have one of the largest selections of pralines freshly delivered weekly from the Leonidas factory in Brussels. All our Leonidas chocolates are stored in our climate-controlled environment. All boxes are hand packed at our chocolate store in Brighton and can be customised. We are located only 2 minutes walking distance from the Brighton Train Station.

Almost a year on from my previous review, with six further orders since then, time for another review!
Outstanding. All the points from my previous review still stand. Brilliant website, brilliant service, brilliant selection of products, brilliant packing and shipping etc.
But the real reason for this second review is to just heap even more praise on the service from Leonidas Brighton.
My most recent order, as always, arrived very quickly in perfect condition, but alas, there were a couple of errors.
We all mistakes. All good.
But how we, or in this case, a business responds to making mistakes, is what truly sets apart the great from the good.
And Leonidas Brighton is a true great. They could not have been more apologetic, more helpful, more determined to fix the couple of small errors, more speedy in fixing them, more generous in fixing them and so on. I am genuinely blown away by how amazing they were, and to say they went above and beyond, which they did, is simply not enough praise. Wow.
Staggering. I'd give 6 stars out of 5 (if I could!).

Great company to deal with
I always buy Leonidas chocolates as a gift as they are delicious. I loved being able to pick the chocolates myself for the advent calendar so that it would suit a couple who prefer different chocolates. Delivery was quick and the product looks lovely. Thank you.

Poor customer service, but cant fault the products!
Had delivery issues because the company put the incorrect details on the package.
Contacted customer services who didnt care and were very unhelpful and rude.
However we finally recieved our order the next day so everything was here on time as items were a gift. Overall we are happy with the products, chocolates are the best and would highly recommend trying.
Just 1 star because of the customer service.
