They are fast, organized, no endless stupid forwards

Although my account had to be closed due my country of residence, the support was good. They allowed me to spent the money before the closing. It helped a lot.

I'm using LeoPay for more than 3 years and I hadn't any bad experience. I was always pleased for their services. No complains.

I was consume more than 10 company with the same or similar financial service like Leopay and i only can say , Leopay is the best of them ,excelent service and support with resonable fee ,...

Account worked fine for a while, then they announced that they would be banning all US customers from the platform and charging a ridiculous maintenance fee until all my money was withdrawn. They then blocked all outgoing transfers. Very creative.

The service became rubbish
I can't receive the transfer for no reason. The support do not responding for any emails.

I use the bank from 22 October and I have no problems

Leupay after changed name to Leopay, I card mypos and satabank, all same .With same scammer owner.
You will never see back your money.
I have an account that they decided to terminate. Asked me for new banking details.
And what? Nothing.
Bad it would have be the best financial institution , it will end the best scam.

It's already a mounth that my money are blocked..got payment coming a child and a wife that need eat..you screw our life with out any notification, I want my money back now!!

On insistence of my company my salary was posted to a Leo. Pay account. Transfer to my own EU account was denied by my employer. Now what. My Leo pay account shoed Zero

account is blocked and to make matters worse. I get the run around by both.

LeoPay blocked my account without notice. After a few days they re-enabled it but the only service that works are debit card payments.
Customer support slow and not helpful.
Forced to change currency at their poor conversion rates.
Now I cannot move out my money.

They blocked accounts of Russian customers and I have been waiting for a refund to my bank account for more than two weeks. hello @ leopay.eu does not answer the question when will they return my money.

I am really happy using LeoPay services and so far no any issues, yet the support service is very efficient.

The operator who did my brief interview was very kind and polite even though I didn't have the best lighting and she couldn't see my passport well enough. However, I managed to take a good picture of my document as she was very helpful.

Beware of this company, they keep your money asking strange questions about transactions, thanks to my Turkish bank I could take back my money

31.10.2018. i made EUR withdrawal from site to Leopay EUR account, it was 600 euros, and they didnt accept money and told me that money is sent back. I check all day from then and i didnt recieve my money back. I wrote to them and waiting for response more than 5 days.
