in the other casino sites if you pay with a registered method you can then withdraw with all the registered methods and I pay with a credit card and withdraw with pay pal ... this one observation makes everything perfect INCREDIBLE assistance, precise, fast, clear and extremely helpful 🔝

Put it this way, you have more chance of being bit by a lettuce than actually winning on this site. I’ve played on many casino sites over the years and LeoVegas is one of the worst sites if not THE WORST that I’ve ever played on. Bonuses are extremely rare and when they do activate they pay minimal and I mean next to nothing! They’ll rob you blind. Trust me you’d feel better flushing your money down the toilet rather than lining the pockets of this toilet site! Account closed!

I don't really understand why this is done. When you count the money, it is counted quickly, and how to back the winnings, it happens after 2-3-4 months. If you withdraw the money from my bank so quickly, I think we would like to receive the winnings in the same minute just as quickly. Then it appears I have some unclear question that you have to confirm the accounts, although when you count the money when you are in Leo Vegas, there is no question. Or maybe it depends on who is sitting and working there. Because we had a problem with a Arabic who was in support and he was very rude, unethical and arrogant , The next time you go to a normal employee. I am very angry and dissatisfied!! 😡😡😡

Avoid, customer service awful and they will use every method not to payout

I read the reviews but still gave them a chance - So ive gave them 3 stars because of the carryon im having trying to withdraw! I was on the way yesterday to giving them 5 stars as i find the site enjoyable and fair... however.....then it started - the verification process, which i thought would be like all the other sites i have played but OH NO IT WASNT- NUTUT....
They ask for photo of the card i deposit with:
i sent them a photo of the card
They ask for bank statement, with bank logo, my name address, account number etc etc: I sent said bank statement, which is attached to the card i use to deposit, which shows the leo vegas deposits etc lol! TRYING TO EXPLAIN TO THEM that bank statements dont show the long number of your debit card is impossible- but you can clearly see on my card the long number, the account and sort code are the same as the account im depositing from FGS! - many many many emails asking for the exact same thing- exhausting process - there is nothing else to send them??! -
They ask for copy of credit card - I USE A DEBIT CARD no a credit card! I will update as the process goes on! update - once the communication was sorted (on both sides) all was well and got my money!

Worst Online Casino Ever! Robbing site. The deposit is a joke. Put my money across.. then a big carry on with them and my bank, although my bank paid them. Customer service, keep cutting you off and don't answer your query. Frustrating to say the least. Please people don't use this site. Shocking!!! Still didn't get my money... its in the Ether! Also never won a penny as much.. Totally rigged! How these robbers are getting away with it I don't know. Just avoid like the plague!!

When make a complain, try to extract the money i deposited, I give them all info they "need" to make that happen, get the all good go ahead you can now logg in, right? No my account is gonne with my money and no response. "Update" contacted then should be fixed in few dags, its been 2 weeks!. No answer back after that. 4k gone. Legal ways will now be pursued against them, for damages. They want my 4k? Now I want 40k back.

Please heed my advice. Avoid this company at ALL costs.
I have deposited a relatively small amount, and lord knows how, managed to initiate a withdrawal of £260. This was 5 weeks ago.
I have had to provide this company with every single piece of personal identification you can imagine. I’ve listed some below:
2 x address details
3 x identity documents (including passport)
Wages slips
Bank statements
5 x screenshots of my PayPal
When all of this was not enough, they requested direct access via Klarna to my bank.
Their most recent way to stop a withdrawal is questioning some transactions between myself and my best friend in PayPal.

This company will seemingly do anything and I do mean ANYTHING to stop you from withdrawing from your account.

If you sign up, be prepared that you will not get any money back and if you are as unlucky as I am will have to get the UK gambling commission involved at some point (which is where my interactions are clearly heading).
