I joined yesterday account verified on joining, deposited £1210 absolutely fine. Played a few spins on roulette for my balance up to £1900 and then proceeded to withdraw the funds. Initially everything was fine, I then proceeded to speak to live chat for an update who asked me for a bank statement as verification, not a problem statement sent which was authorised quickly. I work up this morning expecting to see the funds in my account, not the case still pending. I speak to live chat team again for an update, I am then asked to submit another bank statement, proof of address and identification. Not a problem documents submitted, I am then asked to submit a bank statement stamped from the bank????, not a problem statement submitted. I have been on the live chat all day back and forth I’ve submitted this statement 14/15 times. Every response is that it’s to blurry or they can’t see it, defence tactic. THEN when I am on the acocunt I see the withdrawal has been cancelled, so I message again and they said until verification is complete I can not withdraw, I try to process the withdrawal and submit the document probably another ten times, my account then gets locked for no reason and apparently is now under review.

I have played on probably 40 different casinos I have never once had to do this. Most casinos now I don’t even need to verify myself, I have been back and forth all day which has wasted my time all for my account to be locked no money in sight.

They are withholding my money £1900 no explanation. Stay well well away, I have informed the gambling commission, I have made a complaint on ask gamblers and I will also be taking legal action against these crooks.

Update, they’ve asked me for the bank statement another five times. Uploaded and account being reviewed again. No sight of funds, not optimistic at all.

Further update, verification now passed acocunt is with the fraud team apparently pending approval. Legal proceedings are being enforced as we speak, hopefully I’ll get more than just my winnings.

LeoVegas is one of the best and most reputable online wagering establishments and there reputation is well deserved they boast fast payouts excellent customer service agents and fantastic safety tools at your disposal, there only downside I have found seems to lay more with there Greentube selection of games unfortunately there reels present as dead and there jackpots seem to go eternally unwon as my friends and myself have found out , so in a nutshell LeoVegas are an excellent slot operator but unfortunately there Greentube selection is to be avoided I hope this has helped those whom are reading.

They also change their terms and conditions if you do get a bit of luck and start winning. This is written in their terms and conditions that they can change the rules whenever they want.(Basically if they start losing)
BIG SCAM! May be legal but still scammers!
I had a big win the other day withdrew my winnings and next day my account was restricted!
My bets were restricted and I could no longer put more than a few pounds on very low odds bets.
They even sent me an email when i complained that their website wasn't recording wagering for an offer apologising and stating the offer would be fulfilled with further wagering. When i wagered more and contacted them guess what? The offer was no longer valid.
