Order made on the 10th of April 2024…
Order made on the 10th of April 2024 with expected delivery on 22 of April. Today, 7th of May, I'm still waiting my order, contacted the customer service I have been told they have provided the order to the courier and I should wait a call from them. Have contacted the courier but they say that they did not receive my order and are still missing. Not sure what they are going to do with my order.
Update 8th of May - I see your response asking to be contacted privately. I did it on yesterday using the customer service phone number and based on the info provided by your service I wrote the review here.
Now I'm going to call you again to see if any news has come, in case will update again my review here.
Update 8th of May - the courier has sent me an email informing me they have been assigned to the delivery and within 48 hours I'll be notified about scheduled delivery.
Let's wait and see.
Update 10th of May 2024 - I have been called by the courier informing about the new delivery date expected for next Tuesday the 14th of May. Finally a date of delivery has been received.
