Received the outfit. It was cheaply made and horrible workmanship and wrong size sent. It was a joke. I've e-mailed the company and no response. I am afraid I will never get a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I purchased from Lester New York and Company two pair of shoes, two suits, a blazer, and a leather jacket,when I received the merchandise the suits were poorly made nothing like the picture and the shoes were the wrong size plastic like material. Doing some research I discovered they take pictures of legit brand products and use them to sell the poorly lowest quality knockoffs merchandise from China. I contacted them but no response the company is not from NY as claimed on the website, they are based in China. They are scamming people

Product sent looked nothing like the photo. When contacted for a return as promised, no reply was sent. Tried multiple times same result. Then representative lied to PayPal when I disputed the charge. I gave one star because I couldn't give zero. Avoid this company and tell others

I am order 2 product but received only one. No any contact with company.

Used their sized chart but can tell you it is not a US size chart. Spent over $100 and when got was to small. Email received said I was responsible for mai back and would cost $30 to $40 dollars and if not return in same shape than refund no. This tells me it is a scam,

The pictures of the clothing depicted appear to be quality material, as would be expected of the price being paid. The clothing shipped from China, not NY, is a pathetic excuse for material that can't even be considered polyester. It seems like it would melt if set on fire. I should have check that it was a scam before purchasing. Lesson learned.

If I could rate L&J ZERO stars I could. The product shipped was too small and when trying to get a refund, they went radio silent. NEVER, EVER buy from these shysters! Shame on you L&J

I wish I could post a photograph of the dress I received. I should of course read these reviews. The dress looked very nice on line. What arrived could only be worn as a house coat. Its awful. And yes returns are to be made to China. I am honestly too embarrassed to take it to donation. Please dont fall for this like I did.

I ordered a dress from Lester and Jones. I paid $35 for it. I was sent the wrong size and when I read the return policy....ha....what a joke....I would have had to sent it back to CHINA!!!! So they opted to refund me $4....it was something so I took it.....but what thieves they are. They lack integrity and I am so sorry for all of you who have been ripped off by them. God sees their dishonesty, even though they know they have us over the barrel so to speak. No power is greater than His and He will repay. It's a promise in His word.

Do not buy anything from Lester and Jones. It is a rip-off! They practice false advertising, and the clothes you received are not the ones you expected or saw on the website; the sizes are incorrect, and the quality of the clothes is inferior. You will never get a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM LESTER AND JONES!

I have written Lesterandjones 4 times for a full refund on a defective swimsuit. I was sent an address in China to return the swimsuit which would cost well over $200 for the return.
NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Do not buy anything from this company. The quality of the material is awful!

I ordered three pair of pants. Their shipping department is stating the package was delivered. However nothing was ever delivered and there messages in, and nobody is responding. I'll come back here in a few days and let you know the out come, they better do the right thing and provide my refund. If they don't you'll know it. At that point I'll provide you with my personal opinion about this company.

Dress did not look anything like the picture and very long time from order to delivery. Will not be fooled again by this scam!

I wish I could give a ZERO star. This company is a scam! I ordered a pair of pants that took awhile to get here, but they were TERRIBLE quality. I reached out several times for a refund and slow response. I sent photos of the terrible quality (Zipper wasn't aligned properly and unwearable" and they said if I wanted a refund they would send me instructions. Two weeks later they have ghosted me.

The policies are very outdated. The product is of terrible quality. Misleading advertising that bears no resemblance to what they advertise. You can even get better products at SHEIN or Temu. They don't indicate the return address. First and last. Terrible experience!

Please do not trust this website or do not believe that they are retiring and everything is on sale. I order through website and took 3 weeks to received, after I requested for return label and refund they said I have to pay $30-$40 dollars or second option donated to good will and send them receipt to refund me %10. They just want to sale their product from china.

This product was NOTHING as illustrated. Looked like denim, was actually a stretchy polyester. Super cheap, fit horribly. Thought based out of NY; says ships out of NY showroom, but took 3 weeks to arrive from Japan. Exhorbitant shipping return fee (on you). Now they say their "going out of business". Total Scam

This is a huge scam. Lester and Jones of New York shipping Chinese junk from China. Jacket went right into trash can

Do not order from this company!! Total scam and give you the run around!!
