Purchased 2 dresses. One was almost what was advertised but didn't fit well. Material had no give and sleeves didn't allow for any movement without bunching up around the neck and bust.
The other dress was not what was displayed. Material was soft, but again didn’t fit a normal size. Bust way too high and straps across bust were very loose unless you were a size DD.
To return product (to China) would have cost more than the dress cost with no guarantee of a refund. My fault for not reading the reviews before ordering.

Purchased what advertised as floral print jeans.the material was some cheap rainbow blend polyester. SIZE WAS totally off construction was awful. THE COMPANY pretends they are USA with a fake Caucasian couple as if their store was in village nyc advertising a closing business.claoms product will get to you in 5 days and its coming from China SCAM

Did not receive jacket until I complained. After three months received a Chinese knockoff of the jacket. Looked nothing like the picture on website. This is a CHINESE SCAM COMPANY.

Zero would be better! Terrible quality and even worse customer service. They’re a scam from China.

The item ordered looks nothing like the picture on the website! (Other than design and colour) Caveat Emptor!
Their website is misleading, clearly stating items are shipped from their NYC warehouse with 30 day return policy! However if you continue to scroll to the bottom of the page through all of the fine print it states returns are to China!
If you request a return authorization they seem to discourage returns stating that it will cost $30-$40 to return.
I will in fact NOT be discouraged. I will be returning my order.
This is absolutely misleading and deceptive! I will never order anything from this company again and I will discourage anyone I encounter from ordering from them.
I’m not surprised that they are going out of business. If I could rate a negative star I would.

Terrible product! Nothing like the photo on facebook! The blazer look top was undersized 2x and shorts were undersixed 1 time. Don’t be scammed! Just say NO!

The coat I ordered was complete trash! ZERO help from the company. DO NOT BUY from them. So sorry I didn't do my research. They offered me a 20% discount on a future purchase...HAHAHHAHAHAHHAHA. Hard NO!

This place is a scam . The dress and shirt is not what I ordered. Clothing is like tissue paper. Very disappointed. Read reviews before you buy.

I ordered a dress for a graduation. Ordered 3 weeks ahead of needed date. The dress came 10 days after the graduation and didn't look anything at all like what I ordered.
When I contacted the company I was given a 20% coupon for my next order. I can guarantee you that order will never be placed.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. This is a total scam. The dress I ordered looks NOTHING like the picture on the website. Their return "policy" is to make you pay the shipping and there is no guarantee of any refund. Or they offer you 10% refund plus 20% on your "next purchase."

Note to self: Always read the reviews..horrible quality, nothing like the description, terrible communication. They doubled my order, oh well, too bad. When I requested a return label. .oh they don't do that. Shipping is on me ,any damages that occurs during shipping is on me..several paragraphs of what my cost is..oh, but we'll give you a discount on another order...this order is going to the donation pile, hard lesson and $150.00 later...

Do not buy anything from this company. They make it look like their clothes are made in the U.S. The items come from China. The dress I ordered was terrible. It was cheap made and looked nothing like the picture. Scam for sure. Please stay away from this company. I will not wear this dress. I guess I just lost 39.00. Everyone says it's hard to deal with the company and send it back. If I could give a minus star rating.

Scam company save yourself the aggravation and don't order from them. Blouses that I ordered are the quality of wrapping see through material. Fighting them for a refund on the crap that they sent

Total scam!! Like someone else said, the website leads you to believe they are a US based company, when in reality they are based in China! If you want to return your item, it will cost you $30-$40! This is ridiculous. The clothes are cheap and poorly made. I wish I hadn't fallen for their scam and checked reviews first. Also of note...many ads like this I received on Instagram to fall into the SCAM area, so be sure to read reviews of a company before ordering.

Wish I had read these reviews BEFORE I purchased. Went to tract my items delivery and see it’s coming from China and is still in China! They claim it’s shipped directly from NY! False advertising and I see free returns are NOT free! Beware!

After waiting weeks the dress was awful the hem was sewn into the dress. They won’t respond to me. What a waste of money!!

The merchandise is overpriced and horrible quality! They do not have a return refund for full amount. You get 5% of your amount paid. HUGE RIP OFF!

If I could, I would put a -5. Like others have said item is shipped from the United States, but when it doesn’t fit or needs to be either returned or exchanged, you were told you have to send it back to China. It would cost me as much to send back the dress I ordered as it was to purchase it. Yes they offer you a 20% discount and you keep the item and order something else, but what happens if your next order needs to be returned? Do not do business with this company. I order all the time online and I have never had this experience with Timu or Sheen. I’m really disappointed at Facebook for allowing them to sell their product and scam people.

I agree with all of the 1-star reviews. 1-star is pushing it! They deserve 0 stars! UNBELIEVABLE! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! I've been trying to reach them over a week via email to return a dress and no response and of course you cannot find a phone number. I should have looked at reviews first. NEVER AGAIN!

They claim easy returns. Dresses didn’t fit. My total bill was $70, for 2 dresses. I requested to return and was given 2 options. Option 1 was to send back paying for shipping myself, which they estimate would be $30-$40 and must arrive damage free for a refund. There was a list of reasons that could prevent a refund. I was going to have to return to an address in China, when I ordered items stated they were coming from a New York Warehouse. So I’m sure they would say it would not arrive without damage on the packaging. Option 2: was take a 10% refund and 20% coupon on next order and keep items. Total ripoff!!
So I’m supposed to risk losing my original $70 plus the amount of shipping. Or take $7 refund. I’m beyond disappointed with their fraud! Of course, I let them know how I felt and they gave me 20% refund, but still does not make me happy. I told them to keep their 20% coupon.
