The sizes do not correspond. They have a lot of delay and irresponsibility in the delivery. I don't recommend it at all👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I only give this store a 1 because I was forced to. I order three items from this company which is OUT OF CHINA. Not New York!!!! This shipment took forever, and it showed up and everything was crap! I spent $100 plus on nothing. The clothing is ridiculous, disgusting material, and a pair of sandals that were like potato sacks. Never again! And, to add on I asked to make a return and they tried to scare me stating they won’t pay for the shipment back. They stated it would probably cost $40. They also said there is no guarantee it will arrive. And they stated t would take like 6 weeks to get a refund. They offered 10% back with a 20% coupon towards my next purchase. Ok like that’s going to happen.
Anyway please don’t waste your hard earned money on crap. I was incorrect and did not do my research.

Like others wish I had read reviews first. The quality of the dress I ordered is less than desirable. Trying to return can not get hold of customer service. Wasted money. Such a scam.

The dresses I ordered were horrible quality! They were so poorly made and I’ll never wear them. Unfortunately, sending them back is not going to work. I guess I’ll take the loss and never order from them again

The dress I ordered was nothing like the advertisement; it looked like an absolute rag on me. I am a size 6, so I ordered small, and once I put it on, it looked like a potato sack. They offer a 5 % refund, OR, I would have paid up to $40 plus international shipping fees, which would have been more than I paid for the dress. Never again!

First off their website leads you to believe that they are a United States company it says New York never mentions China. When I received the clothes, they are not good quality and run small and when I wanted to return them, they tell me that it cost $20-$30 to return them and then if they’re damaged or anything in the process you’re not gonna get your money back anyway. Also, their big offer for that is they’ll give you 10 to 20% off on your next order, but who wants to order again if they think that it’s poor quality. I would never order from them again and I should’ve read the reviews before I did the first time

I am sick at my stomach over the money my husband is losing to by my Mother's Day gift. Doesn't fit and looks cheap. It will cost more to return than I paid for it. I really wish I would have looked for reviews before I ordered THREE dresses! I thought I was ordering from a store in New York... certainly not CHINA, I never would have done that!

Scam, stay away. Do not trust the website. Horrible stuff and their supposed email address does not exist. In general, if you see on social media an ad of a company that is selling everything due to closing stay away, they are more likely a scam.

Do not order anything from these crooks. I tried to cancel the order within minutes of placing it when I realized all the awful reviews but they said it had already shipped so they couldn’t cancel it. That’s a lie. Ten days have passed and still no merchandise. Stay far away from thus company.

The one star rating is too much. Ordered 2X....the 3-piece outfit is a S or M at best. There were no labels on the inside of any of the three pieces. Poorly made. No return or refund instructions included.

One Star is too many! The company appears to be New-York based but nope! Exchanges are to China making an exchange ridiculously priced since the customer pays the postage. Sizing is inaccurate as is fabric. Total Rip-Off!

I just saw the exact same add/photo of the 2 flared jeans I ordered, this time the company is called L & J New York. When you click it goes to Lester and Jones New York. Beware!!

Horrible! My 2 pairs of printed bohemian jeans look nothing like the adorable photos from the add for Sophie’s Boutique Hamptons. The material was described as “breathable”, but it’s not! It is cheap polyester! The size small did fit, but not in the waist. Way too tight there. The worst part is that the blue butterfly jeans came on solid white polyester (not light faded jeans like the photo) and had black specks so it looks like I sat in something and ruined them in both the front and back areas that would touch a chair when sitting! The other frustrating part is that I immediately open them saw them tried them on and within minutes emailed- as directed- to tell them I wanted the return address. It took a day for them to respond and then they asked me to send a photo and video explaining clearly why I want to return them, although I already did so in words. So I did. Then they took another day and said how about we just credit you 15% back so you don’t have to go to the trouble of mailing them back to China because it could cost between 30 and $50 to mail them.I refused and said 15% back would only be $13, and I paid about $90 total for both of them, so no thank you. I asked for the return address again. They replied, “After thinking about it more, I’d like to offer a 30% refund to your original payment method if you choose to keep the item.” Again, I said that 30% would only be $26, and asked yet again for the return address. I FINALLY got it. So I’ll be returning them today.

This website does not send you what you think you are ordering. The color might be the same but nothing else is correct. I ordered a cute semi fitted dress and I got a sack! I was told I could return it to China for a refund but the shipping was on me and it could cost $20-$30. My other option was a 10% refund and a 20% off my next purchase. I will never order anything from this place again and I will tell my friends not to either.

As others have said, BUYER BEWARE!! Do NOT PURCHASE FROM Lester and Jones.
I thought I was purchasing jeans when I received thin, cheap rayon pants. The picture is of jeans and whatever is look of a “traditional” item. Traditional jeans they surely are NOT. The package label shipped from is Los Angeles area, so why return to China. Fraudulent advertising as no mention on website you are ordering from CHINA.
