This company has fraudulent sales practices, with horrible clothing, that does not match what they are advertising. purchaser, BE EXTREMELY AWARE OF BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! The clothing will not be what they advertise (horrible clothing color, material and sizing). They will not allow you to return clothing for a refund. They offered me a 5% refund or a 20% odd discount for future purchases; like I would ever purchase from this business again! NOPE !!!!!!DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY OR SITE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wish there was a zero star option.

This Company is not trying to improve, all they want is your money Big time scam. The company is not out of New York or whatever the F----k is out of. The coat was purchase from the company was from china and it took forever to get it order a 2XL got a infant size coat.

Terrible and purposeful practice of Deception.
I bought the Shoes which would only be a fit if I had a deformed foot. They smell of Toxic chemical. No Label and No Box. No phone number, No real tracking method as they came from shit hole to shit Hole in China. No reasonable return policy.
I will have to throw them in the Trash. Never do business with this Band of Swindlers.

I purchased a dress after reviewing the refund policy. Refund policy said easy return within 30 days and to contact via email for return form. I emailed the day I received the dress after trying it on. After multiple emails back and forth I was told I could not get a refund because they sent the size I ordered. I did order the size sent but it did not fit. It is way too big! After I respond that I was disappointed and their refund/return policy was misleading they offered a 5% refund and a 20% discount code. Why would I want a discount code??? I would never order from them again and a 5% refund is a joke! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!

This place is a scam i wear a lg to 1x i ordered a coat in 3x way too small i was told to take a pic of me wearing im not doing that my word wasnt good enough! Then they want u to send the crap back to china pretty much for what u paid for it OR u can keep it and take 20 to 30percent off the next thing u buy from them LIKE IM REALLY GOING TO PURCHASE THERE GARBAGE AGAIN THEY ARE A RIP OFF DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing. Hard to believe this company is still in business.

It's a scam company. I, like others wish I would've read all the reviews before buying. I ordered 3 dresses that I liked but they are a little to small and I don't like the material. Still haven't gotten a response back about how to return them.

I feel absolutely duped. I received three dresses - One of them was supposed to be a V-neck and when I slip it on, the V is up to my neck it’s so out of proportion! (And yes, I bought the correct size) I fear it was made in a slave labor camp in China. The other two dresses were so out of shape they look like a box on me- Not at all as advertised in pictures. The material is worse than bad. Do not buy from this company!!

This is a scam website. Lester & Jones is spewing false advertising, fraud... do not buy from them. The pants were not as described, fabric was poorest quality I've seen, sizing was bizarre tiny waist, thunderous thighs, length came to my chin. After 10 emails they offered i pay 40.00 to return and they would provide a 25% refund. Scam company buying crap clothing from third world counties, advertising as ny fashion. Complete fraud.

Do not buy from fake website. It's not US based company. Quality is bad and not wearable. Return policy is 30 days but you will have to pay for shipping cost to China.

Worst company. Sent me a dress that was defective and will only offer to refund me 20% or pay more than the piece of trash dress is worth to send it back to them and even then they don'tguarantee a refund. They dress is the flimsiest material and is not at all like the picture.

SCAM website! Don't waste your money! Cheap clothes and you won't get a return or refund. They now have changed their name for support. The company is in China!!!

Do not buy anything from this fake website. They are not in New York. It's China. I bought a Bomber jacket that was paper thin, not leather. And I contacted website and they want me to pay $40 to return for refund. Scammers website Beware.

The whole closing after many years in business is a lie. This is a well put together website selling TEMU like items. I received the shirts and they are very low quality.

Please do not buy from this scamming company. They have other websites with the same picture of the elderly couple saying how they want to retire!! My order came and the pictures that were on the website Were not the same items that they delivered. They use pictures from other companies and then sell cheap knock offs. If you want to return, they say the warehouse in the United States is closed down because they’re retiring and you have to send to China and pay those fee fees. But they did offer me a 10% refund. Lol the jacket had a big hole in it at the top where a Snap should be in the other two items were so cheap and so fake and the sizing is completely off. Do not get scammed like I did.

Misrepresents the company as being out of New York. Website makes statements about deliveries, warehouses, etc. that contradict themselves. Shipping took 2 weeks and when I tracked it, it was coming from China, not New York.

My order arrived and what a joke. It looked nothing like the picture, there was no tag other than the size tag, it wasn't even the right color/shade. Cheap ass material with fur inside.

Reached out to return it, got a lot of BS about warehouse being closed, me being responsible for freight and any customs fee to ship it back to China....approx $35-$40 shipping alone, and told it would be 4-5 weeks for it to get back there. How did it make it into the states in 2 weeks then?

They are advertising they are going out of business, warehouse is now closed, etc. so if they are closed, how can they still sell? There's more to this but I am trying to keep this short.

They offered me a 10% discount which I took, meaning I am going to get $4.99 back on my card, plus they gave me a 20% discount on future orders.....seriously, read the reviews, this is no more than a scam.

Let's see if they actually give me $4.99 back.

Shame on me for not checking into this before buying something from them. I have not seen a single, legit review for these scammers from legit people.

Totally fake website, not at all from NY. A cheap polyester printed material made in china and shipped from china. Shameful and I can’t believe I felt for their bs website.

DO NOT BUY from Lester and Jones. I mistakenly bought the same dress twice in my purchase so I received 2 dresses. The dress did not fit right and they were cheaply made so I asked to return both dresses. The company told me the warehouse was closed in New York for good (out of business) and I had to send them back to China. They send me a return form that "warned" the freight would be $30 to $40 dollars; would take 4 to 5 weeks to get there; they could not guarantee they would receive the goods; and I had to pay for any duty or customs fees. As an alternative they offered 10% off the purchase. I sent them several emails stating this was not acceptable. They said that the New York warehouse in no longer open but they are still selling from their website and everyday the "final closing is today at 11:59"? I also find it curious that they advertise as a 26 year old company closing but the reviews date back to only 12/29/2024?

I have not heard back from them. It has been several week's now. DO NOY BUY

After 3 weeks finally received my order. The pants are almost see through because of the cheap printed fabric. Looked great in the picture, looks nothing like the picture however. Cheap china made garment with wonky stitching, cheap fabric, not wearable. I paid $60 for a $2 garment.

If I can give it a 0 star I would. Material is absolutely trash. I ordered jeans and they stitched the button hole CLOSED! I have to try and get scissors to open the hole up. It's also false advertising. They say they are based in New York, but are actually based somewhere that's not even in America.
