Letang Auto Electrical LTD Reviews 

Considering there were problems that were out of anyone's control and I had to cancel my order the customer service was first rate. I actually got a call from an actual human being .... Excellent service, cancelled order and refund within two days. Would definitely use them to order future products.

I ordered a Thule awning which arrived with some damaged parts. I spoke with Daniel and he said he's sending out replacements.... needless to say there's no replacement parts arrived and messages don't get replied to. Wouldn't use again.

Delivered late while I was away for 5 week holiday which I needed item for, customer care chap Daniel is rude and a liar says in stock but not then gets all mixed up when I question him and catch him out

Placed an order and paid for a Thule Towbar Bike rack on 16th July, and received confirmation by return.on the 18th July I received an email stating my order was cancelled - no explanation - nothing !
I emailed straight back but 3 days later still no reply !!
Shocking / non-exsistent customer service.
Don't waste your time dealing with this company.

Still have not had my order, I have emailed, I have called and nothing. Now having to go through my bank to claw the money back.

Sent what I thought was the wrong product. Received an email from them saying it was the right product. Returned at my expense. They confirmed it was the right product so I requested it sent back to me. Never received. Sent multiple email emails. No response. Call “customer service “ number. Never answered. Appalling service.

Dispatch times .
I ordered and paid for a product. Fiamma 2.8 metre swning.They claimed that the product was in stock and would be dispatched that day.
It wasn't. I received an email confirming they had taken my money for the order.
The following day I received an email thanking me for my order(no mention of any dispatch)and would I like to any feedback.
So,, according to their website I should receive my goods before Friday 17th July.
I'll keep this review updated with any further news.
Update,, spoke to a very rude someone on the phone and asked why my item hadn't been dispatched. . He claimed the phone number was not for customers to use , and I should use email. I gave him my name and order number. He said they don't look at orders until 24hours after they were received . He claimed that things ordered on the Monday would be delivered the following Monday. I pointed out that the website said 1 to 3 days . He said I had a bad attitude and he would refund my money immediately.
Sounds to me that the item was not in stock and they were stalling, hoping to source an item and then deliver it late.
You have been warned.

Straight fowards purhase of goods great commimation value for money

A great company to buy from. Dan is very helpful and provided quick delivery. I have even given this company details to another motorhome owner whom just approached me asking if the air con was worth having. It definitely is.

Letang Auto Are with out doubt the best company to deal with, the product knowledge of Daniel is incredible, he never gets tired of you calling and give advice, Letang would be my first go to company for all thing caravan/RV, thanks Daniel for all you help in fitting my air con unit.

The goods I ordered showed as in stock on the website and I payed extra for express delivery. A couple of days later I had an email saying goods not in stock and would be at least another week before they were delivered, which was no good as they were needed for a holiday. Despite trying all the forms of contact on the website asking to cancel and for payment to be refunded, I still haven’t received a response. The numbers are either not recognised or say voicemail box is full. No response to email, WhatsApp or web chat. Very poor service.

Waited over 2 week for my delivery having paid £7.50 for express delivery, only to NOT get it, so emailed them, to get no reply, so I called and called them, ahh, eventually had someone answer, happy I got immediate refund to now mess on finding another somewhere for this part!! C’mon, try harder ppl!!!

The product ordered was out of stock.This was communicated quickly with an option to cancel the purchase or wait for it to be ordered in. Timescales were given & met. Great service.

Great price great service quick delivery what’s not to like

I gave Letang the challenge of quoting and fitting a Thule awning for my VW camper all on the same day, as I had an impulse purchase and wanted it for a weekend trip. Dan and the guys pulled out all the stops to get the parts to the depot in time and managed to fit it in about an hour, (which they reckoned was their personal best). Whilst I waited they gave me use of the office so I could carry on working, set me up with some cold drinks, Wifi and a bit of privacy. Really delighted overall with the service given. Price seemed comparable to other places, but it was their willingness to get me sorted and overall delighted that stands out the most.

I made contact with Letang AEVP a few weeks ago to discuss fitting a pull out awning for my VW T7 Transporter and received a very competitive quote for supply and fitting. In the end, I chose a different solution by fitting a Vamoose rail myself and sourcing an awning to finish the installation myself.
My search for an awning at a competitive price and quick delivery took me back to Letang AEVP and I spoke with Lataniel about availability of Thule Omnistor 4200 awning.
Lataniel could not havd been more helpful and offered delivery next day far quicker than any other quotations I received. So I placed the order and the awning was delivered the next morning! What fantastic service delivery!
I have no hesitation in unreservedly recommending Letang AEVP and will look to them first for any future requirements.

Ordered a Thule awning accessory 28th June, based on a delivery date of 3rd July. Have received no further updates since ordering and no response to calls, emails, live chat or WhatsApp. I would avoid at all costs.
