Not worth it

We stayed at the Faro apartment. The communication was clear and the office was helpful. But, when we arrived at the apartment, we were not so happy about it. The rooms are spacious BUT they were not very clean. If we walked through the apartment on our socks, they became black on the bottom. So slippers were a must… Also the bathrooms are okayish, theres some mold and stuff. The kitchen has a lot of utensils but no basic cooking necessities like salt or olive oil. When I needed help after our stay, they did not give me answers and only cared about good reviews. Im disappointed and will not stay at any letmalaga place ever again. For the price you can book way better and cleaner appartments! We stayed at other apartments and they are cleaner/better equipped than this apartment. 2 stars for the location.

Shut it down

Worst hotel i’ve ever been to. First of all on arrival there’s no one there it’s empty and going up to the room is dark. It’s very dodgey how no one is seen there and there is no check in desk you can only message them. The room was filthy, there was a kettle and no cutlery which we had been asking for the whole time and only got on the night we were leaving. The bins were not emptied towels were taken and not replaced so we had to ask for towels again which we would only get the next day! There’s insects all over the floor marks all over the sheets. I asked them to clean the dirt of the floor they sent a picture of a mopped floor but the dirt was still left in the same place when I got back. The bed was rock hard. They say it’s a “non-smoking zone” in the rooms but allow people to smoke in the rooms. Make it make sense. The location is crap and in the middle of nowhere. Never again.

Terrible

Terrible. Took 150 euro deposit and it’s been 2 months and still has not refunded the money despite repeated requests. Great location but flat was a bit dirty too.

Worst customer experience in accommodation services

This truly was the worst customer experience in my life. I was looking for an apartment to stay for around 2,5 months and ran into their advertisement. I took 4 days of trying to reach the company every morning, day and evening before getting the first contact. Finally I was able to set up a meeting to see the apartment. The person was 30 minutes late and suddenly the apartment on that street was not available, but another one on another street. They couldn't promise that the apartment I saw would be the one I would get but fair enough, they looked quite the same and we agreed for the whole rental period, as the flat was available just until that time I needed it myself as well.

When I received the email regarding to renting out the flat, it suddenly said that it will be rented out one month at a time and then they will see if it is possible to rent further. So this means I could be kicked out to the street twice during my stay without any type of guarantee! In addition, the company requires you to send a copy of your ID/Passport with unencrypted email, which is a privacy violation (so don't do it by any chance with any accommodation company that requires the same). I asked for a reason why they rent it out only a month at a time and they claimed that this is due to spanish legislation. I told them that the tourist status in rental agreement chances in contracts that are 3 months or longes and suddenly they did not know the legislation anymore. Also the date of moving in changed with the same email.

After not receiving any type of replies from then on or even the rental agreement that was promised, I agreed to rent it out for a month. Suddenly they stopped answering and when I kindly asked for the contract few times as it was already 4 days after we initially agreed that I would move in, the manager got upset for asking for the contract or requiring and refused to rent out the whole place. This whole process was around 10 days during which time the process seemed to move forward only from my own initiative but had finally a sad ending.

I truly hope leaving a constructive feedback would wake up the owners of the company to pursue to a better customer experience in the future, as according to Google reviews, there is a lot to improve currently, but there is always hope as long as promises are kept and there is some level of communication!

Esta fue realmente la peor experiencia de cliente en mi vida. Estaba buscando un apartamento para quedarme durante unos 2,5 meses y me encontré con su anuncio. Tardé 4 días en tratar de llegar a la empresa todas las mañanas, día y noche antes de tener el primer contacto. Finalmente pude concertar una reunión para ver el apartamento. La persona llegó 30 minutos tarde y de repente el apartamento de esa calle no estaba disponible, sino otro en otra calle. No podían prometer que el apartamento que vi sería el que yo obtendría, pero era bastante justo, se veían bastante iguales y acordamos por todo el período de alquiler, ya que el piso estaba disponible solo hasta ese momento, yo también lo necesitaba. .

Cuando recibí el correo electrónico sobre el alquiler del piso, de repente me dijo que se alquilaría un mes a la vez y luego verán si es posible alquilar más. ¡Así que esto significa que podrían echarme a la calle dos veces durante mi estadía sin ningún tipo de garantía! Además, la compañía requiere que envíe una copia de su identificación / pasaporte con un correo electrónico no cifrado, lo cual es una violación de la privacidad (así que no lo hagas por casualidad con ninguna empresa de alojamiento que requiera lo mismo). Les pregunté por qué lo alquilan solo un mes a la vez y afirmaron que esto se debe a la legislación española. Les dije que la condición de turista en el contrato de alquiler se da en contratos de 3 meses o más y de repente ya no conocían la legislación. También la fecha de mudanza cambió con el mismo correo electrónico.

Después de no recibir ningún tipo de respuesta a partir de ese momento o incluso el contrato de alquiler que se prometió, acepté alquilarlo por un mes. De repente dejaron de responder y cuando pedí amablemente el contrato varias veces, ya que habían pasado 4 días después de que inicialmente acordamos que me mudaría, el gerente se molestó por pedir el contrato o exigir y se negó a alquilar todo el lugar. . Todo este proceso duró alrededor de 10 días, durante los cuales el proceso pareció avanzar solo por mi propia iniciativa, pero finalmente tuvo un final triste.

Realmente espero que dejar un comentario constructivo despierte a los propietarios de la empresa para buscar una mejor experiencia del cliente en el futuro, ya que según las reseñas de Google, hay mucho que mejorar ahora, pero siempre hay esperanza siempre que se cumplan las promesas. ¡y hay cierto nivel de comunicación!
