Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service
I’ve gotten a few totes. The clothing is nice, there were just a couple pieces I couldn’t wear . However, the main reason for this review is their customer service. I was charged for a tote on a month that I chose to skip, and instead of refunding my money as I requested, they are holding it for a tote down the line. Even after I said this was unsatisfactory and that I wanted my money refunded, they refused and said it was against a policy. I think it’s ridiculous that they couldn’t simply have done as I requested. It would’ve kept me happy. Bad customer service.

I love that I can pick my own items

I love that I can pick my own items, can buy items I want to keep, and have pricing options. I wish all clothes on the app were for rental, but some are just for sale. I wish LeTote would have contacted me after I reported a damaged item. But otherwise it has been a great experience.

Like the service

Like the service, but the clothes arrive very wrinkled. The need to be folded into plastic sheeting to prevent so much wrinkling in transit.

Can’t get sizing right

The idea is great, but even after entering all my measurements and going off of sizing charts I could never get correct sizing (too small or too big). I would give it 5 stars if they offered free size changes during your month, but I hate paying when I can’t wear anything in my box. I will cancel the subscription.

Looking to save money?

Looking to save money?? Join Le Tote! I spend waaayyy less on clothes each month, but can keep up with trends and always have a "new" outfit for a night out. Especially good for special occasions I would normally buy a new dress for (only to wear it that once). You should be very familiar with your body shape/size, but the pictures of real users are helpful.

Great experience and fun shopping…

Great experience and fun shopping alternative. Customer service is on point, with easy answers or quick solutions. A friend recommended this service and I have to admit, it’s a fun way to experiment with new looks! Definitely worth a try!

I wish I could give Le Tote a 3.5…

I wish I could give Le Tote a 3.5 because I love the service and the concept but wish the selection were bigger. I have struggled to fill my totes with items I'm really excited about and when that happens, I have thought "is it really worth paying for items I'm not excited about?"

Women's New Best Friend, Le Tote

Le Tote is a brilliant concept for busy women who don't have time to go shopping or don't enjoy it. Renting clothes infuses new looks into your wardrobe, keeping things fresh. Le Tote has great brands, the website is easy to navigate and they've made the 'return and get your new box' so easy. How many of us go the store, buy one dress for $75, wear it once, then it disappears in the closet? For that price, you can get several new looks each month, blend them into your existing wardrobe and keep things new and fresh. I'm a new customer, but a few months in, finding that I have not gone clothes shopping once either in-store or online, so its also a big savings.

Great concept

Customer service is great. Great concept. Really hard to get a good customized tote unless you are familiar with labels. Also super expensive if you purchase feom the tote if you take into consideration the cost of the rent.

Love Le Tote!!

Love Le Tote! I feel like I always have something new to wear and I'm not creating a huge closet of wasted clothes. I love trying new styles without having to purchase them. There is a wide variety of clothes so I can rent items for work or the weekend.

decent clothes good customer service

decent clothes, no fuss, but would rather pay a touch less for the service, maybe closer to $75 per month. this service, unfortunately, will be the first to go if I have a money issue in the future.

I love it, though it needs a few tweaks.

I love being able to rent clothes, it’s fantastic! I also love that Le Tote takes care of laundering everything. Shipping is also super fast.

Would love to be able to schedule a pickup with USPS to return clothes; sometimes getting to the post office can take a few days. Would appreciate more filter options when browsing through clothes. It would be nice to be able to swap items in and out without having to go to the swap page.
