Enjoying my membership
I have only received two boxes. The first one the clothing was too small. I advised LeTote and the clothing in the second box fit very well. I enjoyed the pieces that were sent. I purchased 2-3 pieces. The only negative is I had expected the pieces to be of higher quality. However, I enjoy getting statement pieces that I probably would not have purchased. I can wear them a few times and send them home. The jewelry that was sent was very appropriate for the clothing and I found myself wearing and enjoying the jewelry. All in all - it has been a great experience.

Fun and easy way to try new clothes
It is so fun getting my tote in the mail each month. I like that they recommend items to me, but I can also switch them out to something I prefer more. I wish they had a little better selection, sometimes I see something I like but only have the option to purchase it, not put it in my tote. Otherwise, it's easy to use and I have really enjoyed it.

While I had a relatively positive experience, there were some things that disappointed me about le tote. The sizing was not always accurate, and I was stuck with several items that did not fit for the whole month, which was a waste. Also- I found that the selections were often not as great as some of the featured styles highlighted in email teasers.

User friendliness
The exchanging parts of your tote is awkward and the reviewing materials portion takes a lot of clicks to get through. Finally, I’d like having a way to favorite clothes I’ve worn and have them in a separate list.

I wouldn't recommend to others
I wouldn't recommend to others. I have been a size 4 my whole life, after I turned 40 I gained some serious weight so I am about a size 10 now. Not excited about the weight gain, but I am not dead. Most of the clothes I have gotten look like something an 80 year old woman would wear, not a business owner in her mid-40s that usually shops at Nordstrom or Banana Republic. Also they have a weird smell that my kids have commented on. I loved the idea of these clothes delivering each month so I could try things that were maybe outside my usual but so far I have found 1 dress, 1 pair of pants, and a pair of earrings that I would wear on purpose in 4 months were of outfits.

Love/Hate
There's a lot to like about Le Tote. It's fair to say that I love 7 of the 8 items I select every month, and I'm always surprised at how inexpensive it would be to keep some of the clothes in my totes. I like the emails, style shares and social media content -- it's good inspiration for what I might pick next. And I like to use my tote as a way to push my style boundaries and lift up what I already have.
There are some major hiccups, though.
First, the pre-selected items in my tote are always bad. I have never kept more than 1-2 items and am often scratching my head about how wrong they could get it given how much information they have about my likes, dislikes, etc. The inappropriateness of the seasonality of the clothes is baffling too -- that's the whole point of providing our region/address, right? So ... maybe not sleeveless crop tops in October in Boston?
Second, when you do go in to choose clothes that you'd rather have, selection can be downright abysmal. You can look again the next day, but you're losing a day you pay for for that month. That's not really fair.
And what has irritated me enough to nearly call it quits, and will probably be the eventual reason I unsubscribe, is that occasionally an item you finalize in your tote can't be shipped because of quality issues -- not a problem, and I appreciate the quality check, but they always replace it with just some random item and promise you an extra piece next month. That's inadequate. At least choose from one of the hundreds of items I've already said I love, or better yet, send me three options to quickly choose from (AND promise me an extra item next month). Management doesn't realize that the item that got pulled could've been selected for a special or specific event and that they've left their member in the lurch.

Overall I would recommend this service
I really like this idea for trying and buying clothes! I get bored of my clothes frequently so this is a great option for me! The only thing I would like to see would be shoes added to the options, however I understand shoes are more difficult to keep looking new. Overall I would recommend this service!

Clothes didn’t fit
First round of clothing, half the items didn’t fit. Ordered 5 shirts. 2 fit great, 3 were too small. Still had to pay full price. No offer of refund or replacement. Not going to pay this much for clothes that may or may not fit. I’m sure there’s a learning curve to sizing, but I’m not going to pay while they figure it out.

LOVE IT!
I absolutely love the clothing I’m getting. And I love that I’m getting different clothing every month. I love the styles they have, it allows me to try the style that I may not normally wear and see how it fits and looks. The accessories are beautiful. As a working professional, I love the variety without filling up my closet. Packing is also done beautifully , carefully wrapped and shipped with care.
Maybe the only con side would be the clothing size might not be available at that but you can swamp it out and get something else instead.
