Scammers and do not care about their customers.
The post office office lost my returned tote. Now they are charging me $400.00 for the merchandise I returned promptly. I am disgusted by their lack of customer service as they do not care about the lifetime value of their customers. I would have recommended this company if they would have tried to help me, but instead I will make sure that everyone I know and everyone they know hears about this and NEVER uses this company for anything. Complete scammers.

One of the Best Companies I Have Used!
This service is incredible and the only one I know like it. And they do a phenomenal job! I love Le Tote! Make sure you understand how the service works. They complaints I have heard were from people who didn't understand the process. The only time I had an issue, not even any fault of Le Tote - dang post office, they fixed it right away with one email. I recommend this service to any one who will listen.
I save so much money not shopping for new clothes and my closet is finally happy that its not overflowing.

Do not order from this company
Do not order from this company. Though the people in customer support have been very friendly, I’m afraid the product is poor and the incompetence every step of the way has been a two month+ exercise in dealing with customer support for something that should have been VERY simple to correct.
I canceled my tote the same hour I placed the order because when it came time to pick out items, I realized none of them were my style. This was back two months ago.
I cancelled my order and received confirmation from a customer support person.
Then, this person independently and without my consent decided to send me a tote even though I explicitly said I didn’t want one and that I wanted my account cancelled.
I was traveling for work and when I came home a few weeks later I had a package from Le tote waiting for me. I called and emailed again last week and repeated that I didn’t want any items and I wanted my account cancelled.
I put the contents of the package in a bag and at great inconvenience found a post office box to drop them off in. I am a very busy person and I don’t have time for this, let alone all the emails and calls required to get le tote to stop charging me for things and sending me things. There is no telephone number listed on th site but because I had a charge that was refunded I had the phone number on my bank statement. Again, a trying experience.
Today I got an email saying I purchased a bracelet by default, I assume?? No. No no no no. I sent everything back in the bag required unopened and unworn.
My situation is still unresolved. Engage with this company at great risk of having massive amounts of time wasted. :/
Le Tote, this could have been a very simple fix. Now, in addition to losing my business your activities warrant outside intervention. Please resolve this so I can move on.

I have personally had a stellar experience with Le Tote since day one. I get a kick of confidence when I'm wearing something new and Le Tote has allowed me to update my closet and style in a seamless and budget-friendly way. Customer support is always prompt and friendly. Very pleased!

Game Changer To My Wardrobe
Le Tote has been a game changer to my wardrobe and the way I buy clothes. It's always so exciting to see the Le Tote box on my porch. The selection has evolved since I joined. I will say spring/summer choices are better than what I've seen so far for fall/winter. Hoping that continues to get better! I would also like to see more brands introduced. I like a more bohemian look and there's a few pieces but more would be great! Jewelry, handbags and scarves are always fun and unique. Customer service is always quick to answer. I've had a few issues but they've resolved them quickly. I would highly recommend Le Tote!

I love this service!
Beautiful, fun clothes as frequently as I want, to wear as often as I want, and essentially no issues with the service.
My only wish is that I could be more specific on the review of individual clothing, to help Le Tote better tailor my closet, and better manage the clothing.

I love Le Tote, even if I have an issue with any of the clothing, the Le Tote staff are great to deal with. I love the variety of clothing and it has given me the opportunity to try styles that I normally wouldn't want to buy, but found that I love.

New clothes and great customer service
I am pushed out of my comfort zone to try new styles and I get ideas for outfits that I wouldn’t normally explore. But I don’t like that not all of my closet favorites are available when I want to exchange my tote. Plus the shipment takes 2-3 days after my tote is finalized so I have to take extra time to plan my outfits accordingly. This makes me feel like I’m not getting my full money’s woth at times. Customer service is absolutely top notch though and anytime I’ve had to call or email they have been very helpful and responsive.

Le Tote has been really fun to try out and find new pieces without the commitment to buy them. For me the subscription has been great especially when dressing for certain occasions or a week of business meetings. The best part is there is not time limit you can keep items as long as you want and then return. You do have to return one tote at the same time but you get another one just as quick. If there is something you really like chances are you can get it again if you're not ready to buy it. The only negative is I wish you could leave more detailed notes when reviewing clothing sizing rather than too tight, too loose etc. Sometimes its both haha.
