I cannot recommend LetsRentOnline and Stephen highly enough. We booked with Stephen previously and had a fab holiday in Villa Olive Tree. Stupidly, we went with a combined offering in October with Jet2 Villas due to flight prices and found ourselves to be in a uninhabitable imo villa. A few frantic emails, and Stephen stepped in and, with less than 24 hours’ notice, found us Villa Foster. What could have been a ruined holiday was completely turned around.

Villa Foster was simply stunning. The exterior grounds were extensive and immaculately maintained, and inside the villa was clean, homely, and so welcoming. It was clear straight away that everything had been carefully thought through.

The bedrooms were spacious and extremely comfortable, with amazing beds and pillows. Two rooms had en-suites, a third bathroom was next to another bedroom, and the added bonus of a bath was perfect. There was plenty of storage, wardrobes, hangers, hair dryers in every room, extension leads – everything you could possibly need was provided.

The welcome pack was a lovely touch, and the information sheets were incredibly helpful, especially the washing machine guide with cycle times. It made everyday living easy and stress-free.

The location in Peyia was ideal, not too high, close to Coral Bay, peaceful but convenient.

The service from LetsRentOnline was more than exceptional. To have a villa ready for us to move into at such short notice was incredible, and it was perfect in every way. Stephen always goes the extra mile with communication, organisation, and ensuring you are fully settled.

If I had to suggest one small thing, for this time of year (October) A heated pool would be lovely as the water was quite cold. But that aside, it is a beautiful place.

We absolutely plan to return to Cyprus in 2026 and will without question be using LetsRentOnline and Stephen again.

As a family we have used Steve to book our villas over the last 14 years and never had a problem,hopefully we shall be booking our 10th trip with them shortly.

We booked a villa through LetsRentOnline for summer 2020 which, because of the pandemic, was deferred to 2021. Throughout the whole process which involved date changes, flight and car hire cancellations, nobody could have been more patient and helpful than Steven. Despite difficulties caused by the pandemic (and anxiety over Covid testing), we had a very enjoyable, relaxing holiday in a wonderful villa, due in no small part to the support and assistance of LetsRentOnline.

Excellent communication from the start. Clear directions for the villa from the airport and fantastic support when we needed it during our stay. Highly recommended.
