Don't bother with subscription boxes
Subscription boxes are extremely overpriced for what they deliver. When it first arrived I had to check that there hadn't been a mix-up. Total cost of almost £14 for an absolutely tiny product

Hello. Our smaller subscription box is £10 per month and clearly states on the website that it holds 350g of Gourmet Liquorice, unfortunately we cannot do anything about the cost of the postage. Thankfully many people do bother with our subscription boxes and we have many happy and content customers. Thank you for the feedback.

Great for vegetarians
Am so glad I found this site – I love liquorice and have been searching in vain for some vegetarian salty Zouts for ages now after enviously watching my husband plough through his non-veggie liquorice.. Turns out there are LOADS of types of vegetarian liquorice, and Letterbox Liquorice has them all! Nice, clean site, great choice, swift delivery – this happy (and slightly heavier) customer will be back.

Good delivery.but disappointed with the overall look i brought three bags. when I opened the package one of the bags wasn't sealed properly. And liquorice fell out everywhere.These where for a gift and it now looks very tacky with Sellotape stuck on bag.im sure you could make your liquorice bags a bit more impressive.

Thank you for your feedback, everything our customers tell us helps us to up our game. Firstly apologies for the bag opening, our as are heat sealed and clearly this one wasn't sealed as well as would be expected. In regards to the grey postal bags and sellotape, we often secure the liquorice inside with extra tape to keep it tight rather than letting it move around. Aesthetically, agreed this is not great so we are going to look at other options available. Again thank you for the feedback and have a good evening
