Excellent
Very happy with our gift box. The customer service was excellent. I received a phone call to let me know that some of my choice of sweet were unavailable and I was asked if they could make up a mixture as a replacement which I thought was very considerate to actually call and ask. Will definitely be using letterbox liquorice again in the future.

I would like to assure you that your parcel was posted on Monday as we do not post over the Weekend. The Royal Mail aim to deliver within three working days, but sometimes this is not always possible. We would recommend in future that opting for first class would give you more chance of receiving the parcel on time. I have attached proof of postage.
Posting directly on Trustpilot without addressing us in the first instance is unfortunate as we would have been able to put your mind at rest. We feel that a one star review is unfair as we have no control of the parcel once it is with the Royal Mail. A one star review is extremely damaging to a young company like ours as we try and build our business and always try to do what is best for our customers. If anything the review should be directed at the Royal Mail.

Got the gift box for my partner for valentines day and she loved it so much I kept it as a subscription. She is very happy with the taste and quality of the licorice in the box.
