Staff communicated so well. My diary arrived quickly. Product was to the exceptional standard you'd expect from Leuchtturm1917. This is the only diary I use for work now as the internal set up with collums is exactly what I need and haven't found elsewhere to this quality.

Perfectly suited for writers and project makers
I recently ordered a A4+ hard cover Leuchtturm1917 grid book for a side project I'm planning to do alongside the quartet of novels I'm writing. After emailing the very helpful customer service team, I decided to add the personalised custom text option and couldn't be more pleased with the way it's turned out. The size of the notebook was perfect, and the personalisation made it a very special purchase. Totally love it! The staff were helpful and the order arrived quickly.

Great Product, fast service.
I get a Leuchtturm1917 diary every year. They have the best page layout I've ever tried and the A5 size fits my bag/laptop case perfectly. Plus I love the colour range and change it up each year. 2023 was mauve, 2024 is bright red.

Colour not as advertised
Misleading colour advertised - The pen loop I purchased was sold as a cream "vanilla" but loop that arrived was yellow.
