We had a great experience with this…
We had a great experience with this company. Their customer service is outstanding. Difficult to see nowadays.
They were very supportive from the beginning with their WhatsApp comms and calls.
We also had the opportunity to customise the sofa which was also very much appreciated.
We received the sofa a few weeks later and we are very happy with it. Exactly as expected.
Recommended for both the product and the service.

Incredible experience/best sofas!!!!
Couldn’t fault these guys at all. Received my sofa a couple of days ago & was so impressed with the quality. The team answered all my questions as I was originally unsure of what I wanted, but from start to finish they were incredibly attentive with all the details and helped clear any doubts I had. The delivery team is also super professional. Thank you guys so much for the incredible service - highly recommended.

Really love my sofa. Good quality. Stylish. Kept informed.
Was white not cream as asked for but prefer the white and doesn’t look exactly like the picture but again I like it. I feel it’s a copy of the picture not the actual one. But it’s better than the picture and I love it and just what I wanted and everyone is impressed. It’s a huge custom made sofa so bespoke and really is wow. Happy happy happy. Reasonable price too.

Overall a very nerve racking experience.
I spent several weeks looking for a corner sofa, and finally came across one I loved. It was pricey but it looks worth it. I asked for adjustments, and was told it should arrive before Xmas... Ordered in November, fast forward to Jan, and I started to convince myself, I had been scammed. Aiden, a well mannered young man, assisted me but didn't keep me constantly updated. I needed better communication, I was anxious the whole time!
It finally arrived second week in January only to find out the delivery men couldn't get one part of the corner sofa through the living room door! Anyway.. Nice sofa, looks well made, but it's not what it looks like in the photo. Overall I'm disappointed with the whole experience.

My sofa came and it is great!
My sofa came and it is great!! It looks wonderful and the delivery came super efficiently and seamless.
The sofa I got is the Boucle Majesty sofa in white boucle. It looks fantastic, and is super firm. So it is probably best suited to a formal area, rather than a comfy movie lounging sofa for most people.

I had such an incredible experience…
I had such an incredible experience buying my sofa with this company. Specifically Aidan who helped me throughout the whole process from beginning to end with the after care. He was so attentive and responsive to all my questions especially as i needed the sofa made and delivered within a short period- which he managed to do within 7-10 days. He sent me fabric options to match my new curtains, he even gave me complimentary cushions for the sofa, he was checking up on the delivery team that they contacted me, he was literally replying whenever I wrote him a message no matter what time. Once the sofá was delivered he was ensuring that I was a 100% happy with my sofa. Overall he went above and beyond and delivered.
I definitely recommend to purchase your sofa or furniture items with them.

Just had my cinema sofa delivered. And installed. Even got a free cushion with it!! Fast delivery and competitive price, and it looks amazing in the room. Really comfortable.
