Great Customer Service & Attention
National Recall re Fuel Vent Tube, main dealer is quite a way from me so I had arranged a courtesy car but when I arrived I asked if they could do the job immediately & save me møre travelling back n forth. Tracie Clark sought the Service guys & Ashif Perwaiz looked at schedules & moved my car up so I could have it done while I waited. I even saw Errol (Sales) still going strong c12/13 years after selling me my first Lexus. Great service & attention from all involved.
