I honestly could not have asked for more from these guys. I ordered my product on a Tuesday and it was with me by the Thursday. (even though the delivery date was 3-5 days.) The product came pre-charged and was so much better than expected. Will 100% be ordering more from Liberro!

I've given it 2 weeks but I'm going back to my old e-cigs. Im not getting anything from this product unfortunately.
I have now received an email from the company advising me that I may need to try a different liquid and that I can try before I buy so when I am able to next get to the shop, that is what I'll do.
I hope to then be able to give a better review.

Was given good clear advice and was able to test flavours. The woman, who served me, was friendly and knowledgeable.

I've not vaped before, so didn't want to go overboard with a device. This pipe is very reasonably priced, simple to operate, good-looking and comes in a very handy little case. With hindsight I should have bought the mouthpiece extenstion as well so it looks more 'pipe-like', but as a complete beginner I' m perfectly happy! A good bit of kit.

Enjoying using my Liberro,it is a good cigarette substitute, but found the startup instructions very basic and vague - had to ask for help from an experienced Liberro user
The order process was very easy, although delivery took 6 days. I also searched the website for advice on how to fill the tank with liquid and general information on how to use it and couldn't find any advice at all.

Easy to use, easy to set up, great taste, love it!

Have bought the T22 and T18, both are good value for money and seem well put together. The T22 has a far better battery life of the 2, but is a little bulky, the T18 is difficult to charge without removing the liquid tank, because the connection is in the base?
Both produce a decent amount of vapour and the liquids are better quality than I have tried before.

You can't have any complaints with dealing with this company, the staff are helpful and willing to help you in anyway they can , if you are an experienced vapour or a starter , there range is vast and have everything you need.

I wasn't sure about this e pipe at the start , it's heavy in the hand but comfortable to hold, it didn't vape well with the Holmes blend e liquid I got with it but after purchasing a higher vg blend it vapes really well , the company is really good to deal with and will reply to any ? You may have , only 2 problems I have with this pipe is that you have to press quite hard on the button to get it to vape and it sometimes leaks but overall a good starting pipe !
