Caleb was fantastic
Caleb was fantastic, he puts you at ease from the start. He has a beautiful speaking voice has he explained what was needed. He was polite and well mannered throughout the phone call, and if you could choose someone to talk to I would pick him every time. He was not aloof so you could have a little banter. I would recommend every time.

Great Customer Service
Libertas are very good at keeping in contact to ensure everything is up to date and when we informed them of a future time that an amendment would be needed, they called back after then and recalled the reason (marriage).

AMAZING EXPERIENCE !!
I was helped by Allyssa Ceronio . Having had my life insurance split between 2 different companies I was looking for a combining one easing my follow up of it. The all phone reception/welcome was outstanding and made me feel automatically trully welcome and sincerely greeted.
The smile could be felt through the phone and phone manners fantastic.
Procedures were explained clearly same time as in a very professional way. During all conversation i was also given oporunities to present my doubts being clearly re-explained as well.
