Shoe exchange
I purchased a pair of shoes that were a size too big, I emailed customer service and they were very helpful with my return process. It was an easy and smooth transaction. I would like to personally thank Mr. Vik for helping me with my exchange and other clothing purchases. I will definitely be doing business with LIBERTYZENO in the future.

Received wrong item and immediately after receiving wrong item price of the shoe increased substantially and still haven’t heard back from customer service representative.
I received the incorrect item when I was told by a representative that they were in stock. I purchased immediately after I was given that information. Spoke with a representative and still have not received a call back about getting the order corrected.

Nice looking wallabee shoe
Nice looking wallabee shoe, right color, right size and fast shipping. They fit very tight snug like I should've bought a size bigger, but a size bigger might eventually get too loose once you break the soles in. I wear a size 10 5 so I adjusted the shoes by bending the shoe several times for more room and better comfort. I would've liked more comfort in the insoles of the shoes. I'm not sure if I'll by another pair in the future. I would like for the price to drop because for the price the quality needs more improvement.

It has great and simple checkout, but slow email system
It has great and simple checkout services. One thing that is a bit unfortunate is that it takes a long time for them to send a confirmation emails back about your order. Personally, the experience was great except the wait time to get an order confirmation email back.
