Customer Service Very Efficient
I made a mistake with my order, I inadvertently clicked the wrong colour. I sent Customer Service an email and the problem was rectified in quick order. I received my shipment quickly, well packaged and in the correct colour.

Great customer service, great quality shoes too!
First time I've purchase this brand of shoe (Libertyvino) so it took three times to find my size in this shoe. Very good customers service. Only negative is there appears to be no free shipping on return items, so I paid $25.00 twice to return the shoe that did not fit. But now I know my size and plan to order from them again. Really like the quality of shoes I ordered!

I have been searching for the right brown shoe
I have been searching for the right color brown/chocolate shoe for months. My wife found these shoes and they are perfect. The color was perfect, the size was perfect, and the material is everything I wanted in a shoe. They arrived earlier than expected and the price was so affordable for a shoe of such great quality. I would definitely recommend Liberty Zeno if you want a high quality, comfortable, affordable shoes.
