Oh dear!
My company has just introduced this system and I've just completed uploading my details. One of the worst, most counter-intuitive, unclear, user unfriendly websites I've ever used. All completely unnecessary - the web designer wants sacking! Also, in the introductory e-mail it failed to mention that MOT and vehicle tax details would also be required, causing a further rummage through records etc. when I'd been through them once already to get what was actually asked for.

DAVIS checking system is brilliant
Although the system looks complicated, it is very easy to use and everything you need to know is on the main page. All the different options makes licence checking simple and always get notified of checks that are due and have been done. E-Consent is very easy to use and takes a couple of minutes. Help is always to hand and they are always quick to reply.
Overall, the DAVIS system is brilliant.

Licence Check are great
Licence Check are great. They do all the checks you haven't always got time to do. They are a big help. If you do have a problem & phone them, the staff sort the problem straight away. Great service.

Could you please advise what issues you have been having checking licences.
Mandates are processed within 30 minutes of them being received, once processed results are displayed immediately within your account (this is presuming we have received a valid copy and the most up to date mandate document).
E-Approvals are checked as soon as the drivers have submitted them so normally results show within 10 seconds of completion.
I would like to try and resolve this issue.
