Excellent Online System
The DAVIS online system is very easy to use. The dashboard has all the information on one page and is self explanatory.
A variety of reports is available to view and download.
Customer Service is available by email or phone and they are very quick to respond and are very helpful.

Confusing reports
Davis license checking is the most confusing system I have ever worked with or known, no one can explain to me fully how it works or what the reports mean? How can Davis report to us that checks are over due when they carry out the checks? and mathematical columns full of figures with a zero as a total? confused .com

The DAVIS system helps businesses…
The DAVIS system helps businesses manage the risks associated with staff driving company vehicles and private vehicles when driven for business purposes. The licence check process is quick and accurate and provides a risk based assessment of company drivers. In an era where protection of data is so important the process is secure and meets GDPR requirements.
Using the system reduces the need to train staff to check and understand the many driving and vehicle documents we need to be checking. This is especially important now that driving licence do not have the old paper counterparts listing conviction history.
Whilst not quite a get out of jail card, the system can reassure senior management that staff driving and vehicle documents are being thoroughly checked.
