Quick response.

Purchased a groupon for MS Office for PC and MAC. But looks like it does not work for MAC and emailed support and received a quick response. And was asked post a review for resolution.

I tried to purchase Microsoft Office 2024 Professional Plus for Mac but it says for Windows. I contacted them by email and they agreed to help me with the software?

The customer service I received was top tier! I purchased the software in a haste and was having trouble with downloading it on my laptop. I reached via email and got an IMMEDIATE response. I learned that I got the wrong one. They were able to send me the correct download and instructions making the installation seamless, and now it’s working great! I had to reach back out just to express how truly impressed I was with the service. I would highly RECOMMEND them.

I purchased WORD from Groupon...it was quickly delivered with clear instructions on how to download it. Except like a bonehead, I accidentally bought the Windows version and I am running a MAC. I emailed them through Trustpilot and they immediately sent me a new key to down load WORD on my Mac. I was amazed how quickly they resolved this issue!

I am a first time groupon user and thought this was a little sketchy. When i put the key in and nothing happen i immediately messaged license tom and David the Hero helped me install it fast and easy with simple steps. For the future if u get frustrated please send a email with a screen shot and they will help you right away DAVID is the GOAT.
