Several years ago my wife Carolyn and I bought a life insurance policy on my life .Some years before I had had cancer and then was cancer free at the time I was a Pilot meaning higher price for coverage . I just knew that Carolyn would out live me I was wrong she passed away early 2016 . I still payed premiums but they became a burden and was looking to cancel then I saw the add on TV you can sell the policy so I called and the process started . The personal at Life Credit Company were so helpful holding my hand when needed all though the process . Needless to say the pay out was great and the cash pressure releaved . I will be grateful the rest of my life for the help Life Credit Company gave me .

A Great experience from beginning to end. High value proposition for people impacted by life ending conditions. The relieve experienced provides comfort in uncertain times. The professional conduct from all the contact points was personable, professional and executed as promised.

Everyone who works there is nice and always keeps you updated. You can always reach them or they will quickly return your calls if you leave a message. We received more money than we expected. I have read reviews where people received money in a few days or a few weeks. It took us an average of 10 weeks which is not good when you are behind in bills and need this money. But I believe Pennsylvania was the holdup or the insurance company Prudential (which was a nightmare). Overall the Life Credit Company did their job and is an excellent choice if you need the money.

I saw ad on tv, I call but not really expecting it was real, they return my call, answers my call, ask for paper works, they are very personal, very fast, quick, easy and most of all they are real. Not scam, no bogus and as long as you have the right paper works they are fast, actually the only reason it took me a while is I was hesitant, the money I got paid off my bills, and give me peace of mind and now it shows significant improvement on my health, I don't worry about anything but get better.

Very helpful when I was sick with cancer. They really take the time to make sure you get the resources you need. Thank you Life Credit.

If you expect to live longer than 3 to 5 years, don't bother. I didn't know that was a criteria. Nobody explained that before I sent Life Credit Company all my Medical records and insurance information. I was under the Impression that if you were diagnosed with cancer and had at least $75,000 worth of Life insurance that you could take advantage of this program. Not the case!

I found my experience to be easy and efficient. Staff was a pleasure to work with and everyone went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. I would recommend this company without a doubt.

Very good experience with initial information-gathering approach. Also a good experience for the most part with continuing interactions. Some unnecessary confusion at the outset when we were offered loan and buyout figures that were subsequently rescinded after the third party review. (Offer should have waited until review was complete.) Also some frustration in the interaction between the insurance company and your broker, with each suggesting the other was to blame for not moving things along. We had the negative experience of having to step in to jumpstart the process.

This company was supportive and understanding throughout the entire process. At any point,I knew I could walk away. Their customer service is top notch.

My experience was nothing short of phenomenal . All the gentlemen were over the moon courteous and helpful, but I spoke a lot with David so he stands out in my mind the most. What a sincerely, kind and gentle man plus a gentleman he was. If any of those young men are ever looking to do something else, they should start a " how to give and offfer excellent customer service, so you will be remembered!"
