Helded me to save alot on my electric/utility bill, as locking in the price per unit for a time period. be sure you follow up to resign up at the expairing date. It does save. I believe it goes by income/age, but check it out.

Deceiving person
I didnt appreciate the guy that came and said he was from the electric company and said he was just making sure I had the cheapest rate. He didnt tell me he was from a new company and not.the one that I currently had. I dont like being lied to
Now I'm in a contract that I can't get out of without a penalty.
