EARLY PAYMENT PENALTY.....REALLY??? NO...NOT REALLY!!!
Everthing is good except for one thing.....I like to pay my bills as soon as I get notified (email) or when I know the bill is posted on your website......I don't want to have to keep on the "todo list" for weeks.....For some bizarre reason...if I want to pay my bill ahead of time....I get penalized and charged....I think she said $6...for wanting to pay my bills earlier than your computer's billing date......Very annoying and so easily fixed....you asked for my 2 cents....there it is
UPDATE.... Well...just got a call from a Life Energy rep. and was told that there is no early payment penalty...which makes a lot more sense. Apparently I must have been misunderstood when I asked the agent about being signed up for autopay and whether or not I could pay early without the computer charging me again 10 days later on the billing date.... Anyway...it's all straightened out and thank you Life Energy for responding to feedback.....DCS

I called on a Monday to change my apartment number... was on hold a bit over 30 minutes. The representative that answered made that so much better merely by the customer service that was provided. She addressed my apartment change immediately and was so kind. I am a little remiss that getting in touch with this company was so difficult... hoping that is NOT the norm... but if the customer service remains constant... I believe that I will be satisfied choosing Life energy as my provider!

They came to the house and promised us a smaller bill but every month it got higher and higher and we paid a lot more than we would have through our regular Electric Company
