Although the wrong colour ottoman was sent originally, Dyn responded to my emails promptly and helpfully and arranged for collection and delivery of replacement - all now ok

Ordered two chairs with footstools. XDP delivered one carton (chair+footstool) only and the driver when questioned said paperwork showed only one on board. XDP tracker showed they'd collected two (albeit received at their depot separately) but had delivered ALL "pieces". After waiting 4 days and no second delivery I emailed Lifelook. Dyn replied promptly asking for a couple of days to investigate. Second carton delivered a week after the first.
Chairs and footstools seem fine. Upholstery is firm; overall appearance very good. Am not expecting Parker Knoll standard at the price, so very satisfied!

Warning warning warning Do not use this company I purchase a fire over the Christmas holiday. They have not delivered and I have sent a number of emails asking fir my money back. The telephone nimber is none existent. They do not reply to emails and they do not reply to Facebook communication

I am now trying to go through credit card company for fraud

Please please do not use this company I doubt they exist and take your money with no products delivered
All I want is my money refunded and yet they cannot respond

Received on time despite lockdown. All part enclosed and extremely good value for money.

Bought booties for my baby. I tried to cancel the order as I changed my mind about them and they sent the product anyway. When the product arrived I didn’t even open the packaging because I wanted to send them back. The return policy on their website states that they accept refunds if the packaging is still intact. When I contacted their customer service they refused to give me a refund and kept on making excuses. DO NOT TRUST THEM

Ordered an Ottoman which was exactly as described and pictured. Arrived in perfect condition and customer service by Dyn was excellent who replied immediately to my queries.

Wonderful product. I ordered a velvet office chair with wooden legs. It's gorgeous! The pictures on the web were so good that I wasn't sure if it would live up to it, but I was positively surprised! The customer service was also really good. I happened to move homes just before the delivery so I contacted them, and they redirected it. Dyn always replied to me very quickly and comms were great. Thank you! Recommended.

The armchair is well made and very comfortable.The massage and heater are very good except you cannot have the heater on without the massager running.

Ordered a white mantlepiece , arrived within 7 days , in really good condition , easy to build . Looks amazing ! Great service thank you so much .

If I could give zero stars I would.
Ordered what was a very light beige, almost white looking chair on their website and it arrived GREY. They tried to justify in different lights its more beige lot of nonsense.
I'm legally entitled to a refund and they are not processing it.
Shocking company not answering my request for a refund!!!!

I recently purchased a lovely ottoman unfortunately it arrived quite damaged when I unwrapped it, Life look were brilliant at resolving this issue and promptly sent me out a replacement. Thank you for your efficient customer service !

Read some pretty shady reviews about this company before making the purchase so was a little anxious about my order. However, was very pleasantly surprised with the experience. Our new two-seater sofa arrived in about 3 days (when delivery said 4-13) in good condition and we’re very happy with it. The cushion is little hard but not too bad and for the price it’s an excellent sofa. Don’t usually write reviews but thought it only fair to give credit where it’s due!

Good sofa for the price. Communication was excellent and the slight issue I had was quickly very resolved.

They kept constant contact with me in regards to any of my enquiries. My dining table chairs came and they were beautiful. Lovely grey velvet with the handles/knockers at the back.

Can’t fault the service.

I ordered my sofa for my salon on This website and it was such good quality and delivery was on time . I had emailed about few things and they got back to me straight away within a day. Good customer service .

AVOID,I wish I'd read these reviews before my purchase, I've returned for a refund but they've ignored 4 e mails I've sent to see if they've recieved and when I'll get my refund. Also no phone number.
