We specialise in making treats for dogs with sensitive tummies, allergies and intolerances so no one misses out! Hi Sandra, it’s disappointing you have left us a 3 star review as we always like to offer a 5 star service. I did reply to your email within an hour this afternoon reassuring you that your order had been dispatched and as per our shipping policy we were still within the times we advise on our website (5-7 days). As you ordered on Thursday we emailed letting you know we dispatched your order the following Tuesday (In 1 working day) as we were closed for the bank holiday Monday. We bought some things off you when we saw you’re stall at Tatton park they didn’t last long, so I thought I’d order a few more little treats for our cockerpoo’s first Birthday. All came quickly and the treats were enjoyed by our Birthday boy.
