What a lovely weekend was had. We knew quite well before we arrived that Lifestyle Bellarine was still undergoing construction, so we arrived with a completely open mind. And yes it was a construction site and did it bother us not in the least. In foresight of what this community is going to be like in the very near future is that it will be beautiful. Even with everything going on we were still able to have lovely walks around the estate and right down to the beach were in the future the Private Beach will be, and a beach pavilion.
Our accommodation was that of a two bedroom villa, it was lovely, equipped with everything you require for a short stay, and I will say, one of the most comfortable beds ever.
Looking forward to the Camp Kitchen being finished and that will really complete all the needs of us visitors.
I have a feeling we will have trouble booking a room very soon as this is sure to be a popular destination for a short break, with the surrounding areas having so much to offer, we had a couple of lovely lunches at local wineries and didn’t have to travel too far.
We met up with two couples staying in their caravans who were also from Officer Lifestyle and had a lovely Happy Hour in the Clubhouse with them.
Highly recommend this and thank Lifestyle for these opportunities, very much enjoyed.

Loved the venue, the yellow canola field at the back, cabin was very comfortable, pillows were a bit high, we will bring own next time.

Cabin was clean and well fitted out . Everything we needed was there and in good order.
Only small problem was the door to shower cubicle. Design left a gap down the side of the door, and also at the bottom, resulting in water escaping to bathroom floor.
All else was fine.

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at Lifestyle Bellarine. We were welcomed by Maureen when we arrived with her explaining all about the Village and its amenities. The Villa room was well equipped and comfortable. We recommend to anyone from all villages who would like a short break to go and enjoy what they have to offer in the village and the area.

I bought.into this community in St Leonards.in August.2020 and
it was not started then.We
.
were told it was going to.be a 200 home community which sounded great
Unfortunately some land became available next door and because our property was selling so quickly lifestyle purchased.this land in June 2021
Then the plans changed to a.shared community
Thank goodness the council.knocked it back
Then it was back to.2 separate communities.Now we have been told.we will share outdoor activities
We have not had a say and
If I had known this there is no way I would have bought.here
Unfortunately it is all about money
I thought the accommodation was excellent. Thoughtfully designed and a the welcome from the Booking person “Maureen” was exceptional.
She was very informative and helpful.
I will certainly recommend a stay to other Lifestylers.

Hi James,
My name is Daryl and my wife (Bek), and I have been here for 18 months now,
Our overall experience has been great, we love the facilities and have made great friends and the social life is great.
So for the most we have great feedback of our experience.
On a lesser note, the front garden looks pretty run down, and hardly gets any attention from the gardeners.
We are starting to do some garden work ourselves to clean it up, even though we are not supposed to do it ourselves.
This is also in our fees that we pay to cover this.
Bek has also been trying to get Solar Panels organised.
She’s been trying to get a sign off since April and we still can’t get an answer.
We understand that only 2kw can go back into the system, but we also know from Brad the Solar professional and from power core that we can put in a 5.8kw system in with no issues to grid.
I hope this feedback will help you to improve the experience for all the residents.

So if you haven't heard LifestyleCommunities the company that owns our village we live in are now are building this new village in Leopold near Geelong. As well as being independent resort living for over 50s with stunning homes and super amenities including pool, gym, clubrooms, putting green with amazing water views across Corio Bay to the You Yangs. They have gone in a different direction this time calling this new build Club Lifestyle and now they are including all these Perks that can be used by any home owner no matter what Lifestyle community they live in. One of the Perks is this 2berth Windsor Daintree motorhome a great little unit that drives like a ripper. No need to have a special licence. It comes setup with everything including linen, utensils outdoor chairs and tables everything we need for our short getaway and it is Free, if your a homeowner. We do have to pay a cleaning fee at the end of our trip and petrol food and alcohol of course but it is still a great opportunity to have this experience for a small cost of $250 (cleaning fee) 5nights max stay. I am raving about this in particular as we have it booked and we are now down the Great Ocean Road in this fabulous RV. This Perk is on top of the others we can book... there is the 5m fishing boat, 12 seater bus, electric car and bikes. Also we are able to stay in short stay units that are truely 5star and van sites now at Leopold and soon to be Philip Island communities for a small fee or cleaning fee. We have been living in the Ocean Grove Lifestyle since it opened and 5 years on the Perks keep coming. We now live our best life in a wonderful community. It has been a the best choice we have ever made.

Just love the move I made into St Leonard’s Lifestyle. I have been here 3 months now and so happy with the lovely residents who are so kind and supportive and have welcomed me into this lovely community. Would highly recommend. Beautiful facilities it’s like a resort here and so many activities if you want to get involved or relax by the pool. Exciting to have a beautiful new home with no maintenance and gardening to do.
Would now like for the Southern boundary to be completed with landscaping and walking track then landscaping before stage 2 is started. Would love to see a beautiful

We dislike that Lifestyle Communities do not communicate well with Todd Devine Homes and the homeowners. We dislike that it took us 10 months before we had a tree planted and the gardens themselves were an absolute disgrace. APL promised regular meetings with the homeowners, but this has never eventuated. We are also still waiting for Lifestyle to re-stain our front deck which was highlighted at our 3 monthly review. Our community though on the other hand is a mix of great friendly people. We absolutely love our Lifestyle community, and we love living here.

After moving into our new home there were a few minor problems and one larger one which my wife Yvonne mentioned in her review which were all rectified. Only one experience left a bitter taste in my mouth. We have a problem with the downpipe outside our bedroom window .On cold nights with heavy dew or light rain we are kept awake with the noise of water dropping down the pipe. I reported the problem to a company representative and said that this was a bad design and he agreed with me and said that it has been changed with newer houses, but as it complies with building regulations the company is cleared of any responsibility to fix it . If we wanted it fixed we will have to make the necessary arrangements and pay for it .That attitude still makes me angry today .Otherwise we are very happy to have made the move to Lifestyle St Leonards

Length of time taken to rectify house issues that should never have occurred if good Quality Control System in place. Were never warned of the amount of inconvenience when we moved in as located next to Building site - Mud, Dust , Noise etc. Strong feeling that focus on getting Homeowners into house at any cost , then they take second or even third place to building and filling new homes, plus building show homes .Very poor communications all round from Lifestyle , as another unhappy home owner said recently to me "From 0 to 10 on communications Lifestyle score 0.
