I have checked our records and cannot find reports of your issue, or an order from your details (other than spare parts) within our system, that indicates that you have ordered any chairs with us directly. I presume that this was therefore through one of our stockists. Please do contact the stockist (or feel free to contact us directly and we will assist where we can), if your items have been damaged on delivery, as of course that is not acceptable.

Nassau garden table
Nassau garden table, one of the slats has split the full length. Advised ( Eden project ) that a replacement could not be until next season. However I am been given a refund for the table but it does not bode well quality wise for a table that is less tha 3 months old.

Turns out my emails where going to an automated mailbox & after seeing this review, the team rang me with a hour or so and sorted out the issue.
So in fairness, I should rate the experienced on the products and the teams response when they did see my message.
The products are solid and have lasted through many summers, I would buy from the brand again.

My order didn’t arrive but once I contacted the customer service team they sorted the delivery problem out and keep me updated on what was happening. Order had been lost by delivery company and they resent my order which I received the following morning.

After the kids accidentally damaged my new Panama 8 seater dining set it was so nice and refreshing to receive a truly stunning level of fabulous customer service. Understanding, polite and professional the damaged part was swiftly replaced and is now good as new!
So happy with the dining set I immediately purchased the Panama dark lounger set. After running into a problem with assembly the customer service staff, resolved the issue in a prompt timely fashion. Excellent furniture with marvellous customer service!

Panama bistro set - just right for summer!

Quality furniture and excellently customer service
We recently bought some Nassau furniture from LifestyleGarden. We were really impressed by the speed our order was processed and how quickly it arrived. The furniture was really well packed and easy to assemble. Unfortunately there was a small problem with the legs on the bistro table but Donna at Lifestyle sorted that out very efficiently. We were so impressed with the quality of the furniture and the excellent customer service that we have subsequently ordered more!
