Great Customer Service
I had cause recently to contact the customer service team as two folding chairs supplied with garden table two years ago had both collapsed through faulty engineering within a week of each other.
The customer service team responded within 24 hours of my initial email and within a week I had two new chairs delivered to me.
This was fantastic customer service and would recommend LifestyleGarden to anyone thinking of purchasing from them.
A personal thank you to the customer service team who were outstanding.
I only wish @virginmedia customer service was half as good, and that would be an achievement!!

I recently bought a Nassau Bistro Set from this company. I absolutely love it and was upset when a screw in one of the legs sheared off. I contacted the company and even though this wasn’t covered under the warranty they happily provided me with a replacement leg & screw free of charge. Absolutely fantastic customer service.

Unbelievable customer service.
After purchasing a set of Lifestyle Garden Morella garden furniture from Pole Hill GC in 2019 i was sad to see that the table slats were fading.(2023) i love the garden set so i thought i would contact the company direct to get some advice as to how i could return the colour a little. I spoke to a great guy in customer service and after sending him a email with photos of the table i was staggered to receive an email from him on behalf of the company in which he informed me he would be sending me out a complete set of new slats for the the table. He went further to apologise for the inconvenience and he's attitude and help in dealing with this matter was fantastic. Lifestyle Garden is the first call when we are looking for garden furniture in the future. As a footnote i damaged one of the new slats when installing so i called him and he even supplied me with another slat which i collected from Basildon Office. It was great to meet up with him and i could see how he and the company are really focused on fantastic customer service and excellent quality of products.
