Did not come with all the parts tried…

Did not come with all the parts tried numerous time to contact lifesunny never got a return email or replacement I would not recommend lifesunny to anyone it's a scamming site that sends items that look to have been opened or returned already and will not contact you whatsoever when you try to get them to replace anything you purchase. I will post negative on any lifesunny ad I see.

I ordered the mini curler

I ordered the mini curler. Paid the shipping cost. Got an email saying that the package was confiscated in Indianapolis, Indiana because there was counterfeit postage, the email said I would not be getting it. I have written them 3 emails with the screenshot of the email I received. They have not replied, refunded, or even apologized. I would not recommend anyone order from this place, it's a ripoff!

Highly Satisfied Products

From the date i placed my order i received it in just under three weeks.
I ordered three bags, one for myself and one for my daughter and daughter in law.
They are just the right size for a day around town.
Very pleased!!!

Item doesn’t work

Item doesn’t work. Doesn’t get hot.
I have reached out twice about a refund and have heard
Nothing back from your team.
I would appreciate a response and I would greatly appreciate refund otherwise I will be reporting your company to the better business bureau or similar for false advertising!!

DOES NOT WORK-TRASH

The curling iron/straightener will not work at all. It’s like there’s a short in the power switch. I have contacted customer service via the email address they indicated several times over the last 7 days now and have not gotten a response.

I’m beginning to think this company is a scam.
