The call centre was excellent Tom sorted my pet insurance out as I couldn't manage with online. Went through policy with me also sending postal copy ad well as online for ease of reading. Would recommend and very good price covering all my dogs needs

Where do I start
It took me a week to set up a policy sent about 8 email's to finally fix and get the policy in place.
Easy and quick process for purchasing insurance. Competitively priced by comparison. Cannot comment on any other aspects of the cover/customer experience as I’ve only just signed up.
