I have been learning with lifetime since November 2023. My coach is brilliant and offers continuous support!
Each progress review is filled with excellent and constructive feedback.
What really sets these coaches aside from coaches I've had in the past Is that they've all had previous experience in the field I am in.
This delivers brilliant understanding and support!

Jade Coulton, my Lifetime learning coach, was amazing. She helped me achieve a triple distinction and an overall distinction in my apprenticeship with her support, motivation, in-depth knowledge and experience. Couldn't have done it without her & I'm greatly thankful.

I have decided to leave this review as I’m appalled at the treatment my son has received by this organisation!!!
My son had sent his CV into Lifetime Training relating to a job he had seen advertised on their website. A few days later he received a call from them, he missed their call twice and tried calling back several times on the number they called him on, he was then sent a text by a young lady asking to use the mobile number provided to call back on. He tried for several days but received no response, he was due to be away for a couple of days, so out of courtesy he sent a text to that mobile number advising of this should he miss their call again and provided the day he was due back, as still wanting to maintain his interest in the position. Unfortunately, his trip was cancelled so he continued to try calling them again in this time, still not getting a response he decided to go to their web page where he found another number. He called this number and when answered he gave his name, instantly the person interjected by saying ‘Oh my colleague was just about to call you, she will call you back in 5mins is that OK?..... they never returned the call!!
Trying not to feel discouraged by this he continued his apprenticeship search but then noticed that the majority of job vacancies he was interested in had Lifetime Training as their training provider. This left him feeling a little deflated based on the treatment he had previously received from them. I his parent decided to take it upon myself and call them, I spoke to a man and explained to him that my son was interested in a role advertised on their website he missed a couple of calls from them and was told someone would call him back but he’s not heard anything. I then provided his name and the man confirmed he had his profile and knew of the job he was interested in and advised that he had just emailed his colleague to call him back, he then asked me if he would be available that day to which I confirmed. I then asked if they were the only organisation that deal with this type of apprenticeship and was told no, but they are the biggest. AGAIN NO ONE RESPONDED!!
I am absolutely shocked by such unprofessional behaviour and struggle to understand the reason as to why you would think it’s ok to treat someone in this way? Afterall, you have NEVER spoken to my son. And you were the ones who reached out to him after he sent his CV to you? The only thing I can see here is that he showed keenness & interest in the position? Or is it because you are one of the largest training providers you think it acceptable to treat people in such an appalling manner? Whilst it is your prerogative to decide whether you want to speak to him or not, to keep arranging times to call him and not doing so, this is completely unethical. This behaviour towards a young person who is trying to carve a career for themselves is extremely crushing and completely unnecessary. I do hope that my son does find an apprenticeship, but pray that you are not the training provider, because if you can treat someone like this who you have NEVER spoken to, I can’t imagine the type of training and support you provide?

Very approachable friendly staff and coaches, nothing is ever a problem. I couldn’t get my off the hours form to work, so the fact I can enter it in the box to save has eased so many worries. I was happy that I could complete this course in my own time.

Training has been fun, resourceful, and insightful. My learning coach is the best, and my manager has been supportive of my on the job training needs. I have progressed significantly and will be glad to continue my behaviour, knowledge and skills acquisition with Lifetime Training in future.

The experience at Lifetime was largely good. I gained some valuable work experience and knowledge of customer service that has helped me find full time employment in Sandwell Council.
I'm knocking a star because my enrolment was about a month and a half late, as I started near Christmas everyone was off and I couldn't get in touch with anyone regarding my enrolment.
