I have just completed the Leadership Apprenticeship, Level 5. I have really enjoyed completing this course, as I have been able to enhance my learning around leadership and applying this to my practice. I have learnt a lot about myself and how to manage my own workload more effectively. In the role that I am currently working in, the learning opportunities married up perfectly with the my current workload. My tutor was really supportive and there for me when ever I needed advice or worried about any element of the course. Thank you to everyone within the Lighthouse team that has supported me.

Superb team delivering expert training. From start to finish, the Lighthouse team were on hand and happy to help guide me through all the training and assignments, right up to Gateway for the End Point Assessment. My tutor, Vicki, gave excellent guidance and the necessary "prompts" when I fell behind due to external pressures. I don't think I would have made it to the end without this. Thank you to all involved, but especially Vicki and Niki for delivering the tutoring and training.

I thought the apprenticeship was really useful in helping me understand the various elements of business administration.

David as the course presenter was very knowledgeable and had a good delivery of the topics. The sessions were good spring boards to look for more information and the discussions helped me to understand the many different management tools out there. Judy was very knowledgeable about the topics taught and the assignments, while at times challenging, helped me think critically about business essential topics I had never really thought about that much before. It has broadened my professional view and I learned a lot from the experiences of my fellow course participants too.

Cannot fault the training and support from Lighthouse in completing my leadership qualification. I really enjoyed my time completing my Level 5 in Leadership and Management. The monthly workshops helped me develop personally and within the workplace. Half way through the course I was successful in getting a job as Admin Manager and I have the knowledge from the course to thank for that. A course I definitely recommended people undertake!

All the staff at Lighthouse are great and truly look after you during your course, providing the right level of support when needed. The teaching sessions are very thought provoking and interactive, enabling you to have that quality time to reflect on your own and others current practice. The sessions and course materials enable you to recognise what works in a modern, current working environment and gives you the tools and confidence to implement change where needed.
