Zero response from customer service

Ordered 3 x eyelid lights with white eyelid covers, easy to order and arrived quickly.
Only issue is that one of the eyelid covers has black scratches on it, I have emailed twice and tried the live chat only to have zero response. Not very impressed with the lack of customer service.

I have searched the email address associated with this review, and with the order it refers to. I have searched the live chat logs and the spam filter on our email server. I'm sorry to say that we have not received anything. It could be an issue at our end, which will certainly investigate, but I do see that emails from other customers have been coming through and successfully converting into support tickets.

If you could kindly check your email inbox and your spam folder, within the next 15 minutes, you should see it. I'd be grateful if you could reply to that email, with some pictures of the scratches. We will send out replacement trims as soon as we receive those images.

Please note that VAT receipts can be downloaded via a link on your order confirmation email and on your shipping confirmation email. This ensures that only the party who placed the order, see the financial details of the related transaction. This protects the privacy of customers who may have their goods delivered directly to the installation site, rather than their own business address. Furthermore, you may also access the PDF downlights by clicking on the profile icon on our website, and popping your email address in. Delivered earlier than I would have expected.

Ordered LED batten light on Maundy Thursday, so free next working day delivery would have been the Tuesday after Easter.
The parcel actually arrived on Easter Saturday, even though I'd not paid for Saturday delivery.
