Ordered a light on 11th August
Ordered a light on 11th August. Apparently has been on its way for some time, but after paying £60 for delivery would consider it somewhat overdue. Company does not respond to emails. Unacceptable level of service and unfortunately I cannot comment on the quality of a product I haven't received. Going to have to log a dispute with Barclaycard. My advice would be to avoid this company.

Caution required
Unless you're willing to accept Asian body size measurements, and quality of manufacture, of clothing garments then tread cautiously. Customer service is very poor. Problem mediation is slightly better, however, be cautious in settlement offer, because the offer most likely will apply if you spend money again with them.

I bought a Keyblade, a necklace and a strawhat. All the things arrived in a timely fashion. They were all good quality for the price, undamaged, thanks to the tracking I always knew where they were and they looked like they did on the site.
