What a great find ! Lots of electrical items as well as lighting. Purchased a floor lamp so reasonable and good quality. The staff are so helpful and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Will be back for sure.

In 2023 having a poor returns policy is really unacceptable. They expect you to pay for your own returns, threaten 25% re stocking fee and are generally rude and unhelpful throughout. The website has really poor descriptions- I ordered something that was described as matt black but is actually chrome. Now I get to work out how to send a huge box back to them when I'm disabled with no car.

We apologize that our service did not satisfy your expectations.
As you didn't like the product, as per our policy you have to pay for your own return, In regards to the colours, the image on our website comes directly from our supplier and is an accurate depiction of the light however due to different screen resolutions and dpi’s, images are not always exact. The wall colour is reflected in the ceiling plate as this has a reflective chrome finish.
And because the light was not stocked in our store we would have to charge a restocking fee, but we had wavered this as a gesture of goodwill.

I have been to Lighting R Us a few times now and have purchase several lights. My experience of this company is that they are very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. I have to say that Emma the sales person was just amazing. You are spoilt for choice so Emma gave me time to just wonder around until I was sure of what I wanted. Also an electrician was booked the same time in order to fit the lights. I am really pleased with the customer service and of course my lights.

Excellent service
After being let down by another lighting company I found Lighting R Us online. We needed to buy class 2 lights but were finding it difficult. I found what I needed and ordered them on a Wednesday and the lights arrived two days later. This was excellent service. The lights are fabulous and look very stylish. I won’t hesitate to use them again. I have recommended this company to family and friends.

Delivered very promptly as promised.
1 of the 3 otherwise identical light fittings has been assembled on the wonk (badly off from right angles to the wall due to a bent washer). I fixed it myself (although it stumped the electrician). Also the wall fittings were not really strong enough for the weight of the lamps - I had to fiddle them to avoid these wall lights drooping a little.
