Les suspensions PICCOLO ne sont, effectivement, pas livrées avec la rosace de plafond, comme pour un grand nombre de suspensions de différentes marques.
Nous n'en vendons pas à l'unité et spécifions dans les fiches produits lorsque celles-ci sont fournies.
Nous comprenons votre déception et sommes sincèrement désolés.

Delivery problems

The light fixture is awesome and it is not easy to find at other online or physical design stores. Also, the price was significantly lower than what I found in a lighting store in Paris. However, there were pretty unpleasant problems with the delivery. The company used for transport is notorious for never actually delivering anything where and when they should. So when placing the order I chose a pick-up option at a small press shop in my neighbourhood, without knowing what company would be used for the transport. The online tracking showed that there were first problems with finding the address (listed correctly in the order and easily found by any GPS), then that the shop would not accept the package, and finally after almost two weeks the status showed as delivered but there was actually no package at the shop. The transport company is only accessible by a paid number at 0.80 euros per minute. I had to exchange numerous e-mails with the customer service at LightOnline (they were reachable and responsive) and finally could find that my package was left in another location significantly further from the one I had initially selected. So while the problem was in the subcontracted delivery service, I still give LightOnline 3 stars for working with them. Otherwise the product is as expected and the packaging was good.
