Lilac Lettings have been absolutely wonderful from the very beginning. We rented our first ever home with them in our early 20s, and they've always been there to support us and offer advice whenever we've had questions.

Deb (with the long hair) then guided us through the checks and references with a calm and professional approach. She took the time to explain everything clearly, reassured us whenever we had concerns, and made what could have been a stressful part of the process feel smooth and straightforward. I have used Lilac for both letting and sales they provided excellent service for both. You can always get in contact and any issues resolved quickly and efficiently. They are a local family business and all aware of what is happening with your property. Payments are made on time with full statements issued. They are excellent at liaising with tenants and purchasers and keep you fully informed.
