From the very beginning of our house-hunting mission we were treated to the absolute best service that I've ever experienced from a letting agent. Having moved from a private landlord who was superb in every way, I figured we would have been spoiled and that we wouldn't find the same service anywhere else, least of all with an agency! But my word, Lilac tick all the boxes and more! The first property we looked at just wasn't for us. I explained to Deb what I was after and in a heartbeat she was able to suggest a property within our budget that met all of our requirements.
Went to visit the property in record timing and got the ball rolling with references and such when we knew that it was perfect for us.
Within days the references were all collected and a "Tenant Passport" created through Lilac's chosen 3rd party. This would make renting easier for us in the future should we choose to move.
Deb and the team were kept up to date every step of the way and the minute that the 3rd party reference agency had approved us, they were on the phone and got the ball rolling.
From the moment of us being told we had to move (Landlord selling where we were living) to the moment of us taking the keys and moving in could have all been accomplished in 5 days had we chosen to. As such, our finances meant we had to wait a week and Lilac were more than happy to accomodate that.
So, we've been living in our new home for well over a month now and are very happy here.
We've had to report a few issues with the house such as a faulty window latch and a small leak in the garage roof, but reporting faults is absolutely genius with Lilac. They give you a weblink to report it all, with an option to upload photos allowing them to get a quote for the work to be done faster and more efficiently.
Lilac truly embraces modern technology to improve the letting experience for both the landlords and the tenants.
I don't think we will be looking to move anytime soon, but rest assured we will only be moving when Lilac have somewhere else for us to go as I don't want to use any other letting agents every again, least of all the National letting agents that aren't a patch on this local, family run firm.

Any issues with the property were quickly resolved. I have recently moved into a property via lilac Lettings,I couldn't of asked for a better agency they are a family run business and they actually make you feel part of that family, I viewed my property and I was in within a week,can not fault them for anything as I had a few problems at first but Deb kept communication with me every day not like other agencies I've let off in the past where you have to keep chasing them up,they offer excellent service from start to finish and I actually feel like I've made a friend in Deb as she has helped me so much. If anyone is looking for a property I highly recommend them 110%,I'm happy where I am now and cant see myself moving in the near future but if I did I'd be straight on to the lilac team,they go that extra mile to help you!! Great agency and great landlord. I couldn't have been happier.

I recently rented a property via Lilac Lettings and the service from start to finish was outstanding.

Debra and the team went above and beyond to ensure that I was able to move into the property quickly and efficiently, and despite me being a somewhat demanding customer, owing to my circumstances at the time, they did everything with a smile and with complete professionalism.

I cannot rate highly enough and were it possible to give 6 stars then I most certainly would.

I used to be a tenant with Lilac Lettings for five years, until external circumstances forced me to leave.
