Chose Lili Waste Services after using them previously. Dealt with Jordan who was extremely helpful and professional in all aspects of his job. He provided excellent support and clarity in new account setup as well as further support troubleshooting with the previous owners service. Highly recommend Jordan and Lili Waste Services. Very competitive prices, and excellent service throughout.

These people are good liars. They rip off a good amount of money every month but they don’t want to collect bins. Totally a waste of time. The customer service is pathetic, good for nothing. Says they will collect the bins asap by this week but they never show up. So much complaints from the neighbours for the bad smell.
DO NOT SIGN UP with them. They are FRAUDS.You will regret if you sign up.

Liliwaste helped us resolve an issue of abandoned bins that Serco left and refused to accept responsibility for. Once Liliwaste took over, they stepped in and cleared out the bins and rubbish without hesitation. I hate they had to inherit the problem, but they did not waver in professionalism and resolved the problem quickly anyway.

Literally a waste of time . 6 emails & 3 calls to get a change of service and all that happened is they didn't empty one of our bins for 6 months .
There are plenty of other decent service providers.

Great service. And you get to talk to a real human in a local office. Really good for us as a small sailing club with seasonal needs. We've been with Lilliwaste for over a year now. It was easy to jump ship from the competition, and cheaper. I have deleted my comments on the large national company we were with before as I was not polite and mentioned them by name which is probably not allowed. But you probably know who I am talking about.

Danielle Cindery-Smith was FANTASTIC from lili waste services this, is why i rejoined as I went through broker last time and Danielle’s customer service skills were 10/10 so, we need more people like her in these companies as nothing was too much trouble

I’d just like to add that I will never book waste services via a broker again ( which I did in the past ) I will always only go direct to the company as the understand they needs of their customers and I have also used the other supposedly TOP waste service providers and Lili waste services are number 1 on my list

Used this company for years. Since they changed from 707 Waste they have become one of the worst companies we have ever dealt with.
Collections are unreliable, office staff are rude and unhelpful. There are continuous overweight charges. They are full of excuses including regular vehicle breakdowns, which one of their drivers even refuted. Not good when your running a food business to have food left piled up at your premises. They trap you in contracts and refuse to let you leave. We had to pay over £420 or risk legal action against us, despite never signing a new contract! Reviews from other customers are saying exactly the same.
Use Biffa. Very reliable, cheaper and no overweight charges!

Very competitive prices and they have been collecting on time. The sign up process was very easy. One headache free process for business.

My only recommendation is to ask the collector to lock the bin again once they've collected. As in the area we operate in, people always take the opportunity to add a few bags on their own.

Overall, I would highly recommend.
