Reliable and professional service
We have been working with Lilly waste over 3 years now.
We have contracted with them, glass and general waste.
Servise is great and on time.
We get twice a week collecting and no problem at all.
Their customers Servise and accounts also well established.

Great Service from Liliwaste
Have been a client of Liliwaste for several years now. Collections are usually always on time and only on one occasion it did not happen. Jade effectively resolved the situation for us, her response was quick and she ensured everything was put back in place for us immediately and everything is running smoothly again.

Excellent friendly service
We have used Liliwaste for about four years with a contract though a broker and have been very pleased with the excellent service and friendliness of the drivers and other staff. When our contract with the broker ended we decided to organise a contract directly with Liliwaste which has now saved us money. We have received excellent service from head office and from our local sales representative who conducted a site visit to make sure that our needs were being met. Very happy to recommend them.

Lili waste has great customer service…
Lili waste has great customer service and at a great price. No hidden costs. You can easily get hold of someone on the phone if you have a problem. But so far I have had no problems the bins were delivered and emptied on time as promised. I have used other commercial waste collection companies, in particular cheaper waste and they were absolutely awful, spent hours and hours of my time on call waiting trying to talk to someone to sort things out, only to have the same problem a week later, with hidden costs and additional fees. I would highly recommend Lili waste to anyone!
