Customer service improved
Got a problem of being charged for overweight and it was solved by Jade within 1 hour. Hopefully we won’t have the same problem in the future and thanks for Jade’s great customer service.

Fantastic, Reliable Service
Fantastic Service. I used Liliwaste through a 3rd party management company. They decided to change service collectors to another company and I had so many issues and took out a separate contract with Liliwaste.
Nothing is too much hassle. We need to keep our bins locked at all times otherwise they go missing. Liliwaste simply call through our back door, we unlock the bins, they are emptied and we lock them again. Sounds so simple, but you'll be surprised how difficult a task it is for many service collectors. Thank You Liliwaste.

The Staff are polite on the phone and the bins are emptied on time. I am confused as to why the 1,200ltr Recycle Bin is emptied every week, in the same truck with the Trade Waste Bins.
