I love Lilly’s Hair. It’s my favorite source for human hair wigs. The quality is superb. The shipping is fast and they always smell amazing and look beautiful.

I am currently waiting for a refund for a wig sent back. Royal Mail confirmed delivery on the 20th April and I’m still £500 out of pocket. Multiple messages sent but no response.

Lilly’s hair has been a fantastic experience for me. This is now the second time I have been, the second wig I have bought and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Lilly and her team made me so relaxed and looked after from start to finish.
I have been receiving treatment for cancer that had made my hair thin and break off and was recommended to go see Lilly.
I bought my first unit Sienna last year, which the team cut coloured and styled for me, and when I needed another I had no hesitation in going back and buying the beautiful Francesca and again they customised to suit me.
The prices and customer service are second to none. Thank you for making me feel better about myself.
I will definitely be back and would recommend Lillyshair to anyone.

Quick delivery and the hair is amaaaaazing!! I have alopecia and have been wearing cheaper, synthetic wigs and this was my first human hair I've had for a while. Safe to say there's no going back! The hair line is so natural looking - it's brought my confidence back that I lost a long time ago! 100% would recommend!

**Update- I did finally receive my wig. It was a few shades darker than expected but the density and softness is unparalleled. As stated, these wigs are worth the wait and I’m hopeful they will improve on their communication.

Still haven’t received order or shipping information. Seller said it would ship days ago and now the seller has stopped communicating. I have been a customer for over 3 years, and this has never happened. I will update my review if anything changes. I understand delays, but poor communication is just stressful when it’s a costly purchase.

On another note, the previous wig I ordered was the incorrect density and the knots were not bleached correctly… I’m a loyal customer and I thought it was just a fluke, they gave me a $50 credit which I was happy for but I did NOT even follow up on and I didn’t NOT use towards this purchase because I just wanted this company to succeed and I’m probably just too nice of a person.

Hopefully this is indeed just a holiday issue, and I’ll be back to update the review. It is usually worth the wait, but not poor communication…

The hair arrived fast. It's great quality and looks so natural when on. I have been buying Lilly's hair for a while now and I can say that the hair lasts a long time when well taken care of.

Order delivery continuously delayed, and I still haven’t received my order.

I purchased this for my holiday and gave myself time incase the colour match wasn’t 100%z.

Disappointed, with the delivery times changing for the 3rd time, hoping I will finally receive it before I leave for holiday!

You should give customers a exact delivery date and time.

I would have been happy to pay express delivery if it was offered.

I have bought 1 u-part & 1 front lace wig there & they are STUNNING!! I am new to wig wearing & have done good amount of research. Thou I didn't find much reviews on them, which made me nervous, I'm glad I bought them! I love there hair quality & fast shipping! Unlike others where the hair quality isn't as good & more popular! Only reason I gave it a 4 instead 5 is the color was a little off but with blondes, it can be difficult to tell online. Still gorgeous color! Will be saving to buy another. Great company!! 🩷💫

I order the hair and next thing you know it's st my doorstep. I didn't have to wait long at all. It came nicely packaged. I opened it up to be able to place the hair right away. It absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend Lily's hair. The quality of the hair is unbelievable. It looks so real. I never been so happy 😊. I just ordered another and able to customize to my liking. I am a returning customer. I have always had amazing experiences with lily’s hair! Shipping is so fast and the quality is amazing. The lace easily melts into my skin and I am very fair toned! The amount of compliments I get daily on my hair just speaks volumes. As someone who has had to wear wigs because of alopecia since h was a teenager I will absolutely say I have yet to find anything comparable or matching of the quality, price and durability of her wigs. The quality of these units is insane. After loosing her hair following chemotherapy treatment my daughter never thought she would feel or look like herself again. That’s until today when she put on her Lilly’s hair unit. Her wig was custom made to look like her natural hair prior to treatment and the attention to details is insane. So natural looking and the lace is near invisible. There are not enough words of thanks I can give for giving my daughter her confidence back
