I’ve been ordering wigs from Lilly for the last 3 years.. I absolutely love every product I’ve ever received. The quality is fantastic and color’s phenomenal. Every time I’ve had an inquiry about a product, the response time was almost immediate- despite being US/Euro time zone differences. Shipping is always extremely fast as well. Nothing but good things to say about this company, I recommend it to anyone who asks about where to buy quality wigs!

Lilly’shair pieces are amazing and created with such care. Customer service is also phenomenal and I received my order in time for my wedding event. I will always be a Lilly customer.

I ordered a wig from Lily’s hair and the colour was nothing like on the website. After multiple emails and instagram messages and countless telephone calls where I left messages, I finally got told I could replace it with another wig . I sent it back and weeks later
I was sent another wig and I had to pay a further £200 . The new wig ( although a better colour) looked nothing like the style online. The layers were really short and looked awful. The wig was massive on me and came right down my ears and had enough space underneath to fit a second head !
Again weeks of trying to contact them ( they NEVER ANSWER CALLS BTW) they said I couldn’t have a refund .
The box it arrived in was torn and battered and dirty , the wig smelt funny , like it had been used . The stitching at the back was so bad it went over the adjustable straps .
Eventually Lily agreed to have a look on FaceTime . I showed her how huge the wig was and she just said to pin it with safety pins and send it back again .
( each postage cost me more than £10)
I emailed her and said I wasn’t comfortable pinning it myself . I posted it back with a letter asking for a refund . I said I can’t pin it as I don’t know what I’m doing and if I get it wrong I’m responsible.
She changed the stitching at the back and sent it back to me !! Still unwearable because 4 times too big ! She is now not contactable . Doesn’t reply to anything at all and I have had a wig sat there which I can’t wear . It still has the lace on the front as it was never cut or worn . I have emailed , called and left messages on Instagram .
It has had a detrimental effect on my mental health . I’m suffering with hair loss and everyone in my position knows it’s a lonely world and difficult journey. Getting ripped off and treated so badly by companies that claim they’re there to help adds to the despair of hair loss.
It was a bad service , battered packaging and poor wig that was and is unusable. I’m hundreds of pounds down and they don’t even pick up their calls .
Avoid at all costs , Especially if you’re suffering hair loss and have a budget . If you can’t afford to lose the money . Don’t take the chance on this poor service .
You won’t hear from them !
Ps Anyone want to buy an unused wig ! ?

The reply on here is not factually accurate. The original wig was ordered in small but the colour was not as shown. It was in the sale .
The second wig was not in the sale , so I was charged extra money and it was too big.
The video call was useless and pointless because I was asked to adjust a wig with pins and had no idea how and I felt like a nuisance.
I did tell you I don’t know how to pin it AND I PUT A LETTER IN THE BOX WITH THE WIG repeating this . I also emailed repeating this . You ignored all of it .
You already know I don’t have the money to fly to Scotland, I told you this before. I live in the south England.
I have all the emails confirming my story (you have ignored me since last summer ) and I’m happy to upload them if you like . Your reply is not factually correct. I have asked for a refund since July 2022 and that is all I want now.

I do not think chemicals were rinsed out completely
Not sure if I can wear this out of the box or should wash it again. This business never answers my emails

I was most impressed with the speed of delivery from the UK to the US, and how I was kept informed all along the way.

Saved up over 1500usd for chocolate 26 inch. What I received was not the same as picture . In picture , there were subtle highlights throughout hair and what I got was all one color, drab brown, not like the picture. The roots were barely there as well. Not happy after working so hard to save up and had so much hope that I would get what I paid for. The hair quality is ok. But the lace was somewhat coarse to me considering how expensive the unit is. Overall I like the length . But shine is not really there either . 😔

Shipping speed was quick, faster than I expected. I’ve purchased several units from this site. Colors were as described and fit was perfect.

pro: The quality of the hair is really good & the shipping was fast.
Con: the blonde Highlights are uneaven. One Side is blonder ( has more Highlights) than the other. You can clearly see it. I am a bit dissapointed, but anyways, its good Hair

I am receiving treatment for breast cancer. I ordered a wig from this seller for £540 and it never arrived. I have contacted the seller on multiple platforms and she will not communicate with me. She can see from her UPS account that it was not delivered to me but refuses to refund me so I have started court proceedings. The stress of it is devastating and she advertises her hair specifically to cancer patients. Shameful.
UPDATE TO REPLY. UPS have admitted they delivered it to the wrong house, you know this because I told you. You are a liar. See you in court. I understand you have your summons.

So satisfied with my U-wig. It is extremely easy and blends so nicely, it has cut my routine in half and is so beautiful. Lilyshair pieces are very intricate! I used to have to keep re-purchasing extensions which in the long run is way more time and money. I am very happy with this hair! Love it and I will be purchasing maybe a wig in the future for some color variety :)

I used the chat function on the website a couple of times before purchase and the response was friendly quick and helpful. Delivery was fast and I’m so happy with my wig, I think I’ve finally found “the one” after 2 years of wig wearing. Have already recommended to others and can’t wait to purchase again.

I love this hair so much! I purchased it in July, 2022 and it is still soft! It’s of exceptional quality No blends detected and very little shedding. I do recommend using a light oil to protect it during styling as the blond is perfect as is. I am so happy with the high density and great value. I will purchase again from Lillyshair because you will get what you see in the photos and more!

Thats another courtney i got ,ive tried two other big names wig company's, I will never ever get one unless its from lilly ,she has got to be the best for wigs in UK, ive had five and will continue to get my wigs from lilly because you know you are getting nothing but the best thankyou lilly x

I have purchased four products so far.
Two full lace wig in blonde and brown.
My first wig was beautifully styled came in a nice box and was amazing. It's not a easy wig to care for because bleaching hair to get to that colour so I had to deep condition it every time I washed it and use oil and olaplex but if you have the money to commit to a blonde wig Lilly's hair will serve u well.
The second was a brown one never let me down hair was lushious and stayed that way and when the colour did fade eventually I just put some henna ok n came out excellent.
The ponytail extension is beautifully made and thick af.
The real hair scrunchie is a gem it got lost in the post and parceltogo declared it missing but they must have found it and it's beautiful. I dunno if I rate parcel to go is my only critical point as they stressed me out but I have it now anyway!
